  Cashier said that's location doesn't offer specials that were advertised. Card machine was broken. Asked for no ketchup or pickles but still received items with those condiments.

  The refreshers strawberry passion fruit looked nothing like the picture and it tasted like water....the long coney dog was a mess...the crinkle fries were the only thing that was okay...my child got mozzarella sticks and strawberry milkshake, her meal was great

  Long wait to order and receive my food. My blast was mostly melted by the time I received it.

  A few work friends and I came on our lunch today so we could eat outside. I had placed a mobile order beforehand, and my friends just wanted drinks so they ordered at the walk up speaker. After they ordered, I tried to enter the stall number into the app like it asked but kept getting an error message. After being rudely greeted, I politely informed the cashier that I had already placed an order but the app said that the stall number was unavailable for some reason. She proceeded to ask “who are you” in a very rude tone that completely threw me off and after telling her my name I didn’t hear anything else confirming that she had received my order or that she even heard me in the first place! AND they got my order wrong. I’m giving 3 stars because after I removed why I didn’t want from my burger, it was good. Also, the man who brought our order out was very nice and, unlike the cashier, seemed like he actually wanted to be at work today!
