  Sonic in general sucks at drive thru but this particular sonic is almost disrespectful how long they have you waiting for a hot dog and fries. Damn near an hour, only waited because I already paid. Never again!! They ruined it for all sonics!!

  This Sonic has gone downhill again. Tonight 5/1/26 the young black girl working said that their system went down before my order came through. Sounded like an excuse not to make it since it's 11:30 p.m. The franchise owner must not know what their night crew are doing

  Worst sonic I have ever experienced. Multiple issues. They screw you over on the breakfast burritos among other issues with food quality.

  Went in February and all our ice cream had hairs in it. I alerted one of the staff and showed him the hairs. I did not make a scene I said I know accidents happen may I please just have a refund. He came back a little while later and gave me a full refund on a gift card. I went back last week and tried to use the gift card on the app and it said card already in use. I asked an associate and she said she would go in and get the manager to check the balance. She came back and said there was no money on the gift card so we must have spent it all. I explained that the card was loaded by the same location a couple weeks prior and to that she told me that she wasn’t working that night and she couldn’t do anything to help me. I even pulled the order up on my app to show her the items replaced. She stated there was nothing to be done about the gift card or a refund. So, if you have to get a refund on a gift card. Please check your balance before you leave because there’s a chance the card will be empty when you got to use it.
