Just in one visit, here is the list of issues we had. 1. We ordered 2 BLTs and they each had one singular piece of bacon on them. I’m not sure if that’s the new standard, but that’s never been the case when we’ve ordered before or at any other location. 2. There was some type of paper IN my sandwich. 3. We ordered 2 speciality drinks, one came so overfilled it was spilling all over the car just trying to get it to the cup holder and the other was about 2 inches under filled and missing the lime. It was a limeade so the lime is like half of the whole point. 4. They forgot one of our sides for our two meals. Luckily, we were parked there so we got it quickly though and realistically, that itself wouldn’t be as annoying if not for everything else. 5. The fries they didn’t forget were cold and stale like they’d been out for a while.
They were not super busy at the time and regardless, I do not understand how things could get THAT messed up.
Our carhop was nice and the lady who took our order seemed lovely as well but all in all, this was an awful experience and I would not come back to this location.
Update: I was still drinking my drink when I left the original review. Took a sip after I was done and immediately felt something stuck in my throat. It wouldn’t go down and it hurt, I had to practically shove my hand down my throat to get it out and it was some long red piece of paper or plastic. I can’t really quite tell what the hell it is but I know it doesn’t belong in my drink. This place needs to be shut down.
Placed a $22 order at 3:08pm via the app and was told the order would be ready in 5 minutes. Arrived at 3:18 and checked in at stall #13. I've officially been here for over an hour, currently 4:30 and still waiting. Have been watching the drive-thru line and the same Jeep was at the window for over 25 minutes. Surprised we haven't had a homicide here for making people wait this long. Would hate to think how long this would take if I had ordered at a peak time.
Finally got my order at 4:35. All of the food was cold like it had sat around for an hour, and I'm sure it did.
Drive thru takes for ever to get the food and employees leave on rush hours and don't help, including the store manager, is horrible service 😞 hate having to go there when dashing

Burgers were okay, fries were not good, I didn't have a single frie over 1/2" long so it must have been the bottom of the bag. The food tray was filthy, milkshakes spilled all over it, a long hair on the condiments and the guy who brought out our food could have cared less if we ate there or not. Definitely won't make the mistake of eating there again.
The employee taking our order at the drive-thru was polite, but seemed distracted by conversations with coworkers. We waited a surprisingly long time for just two drinks and an order of tater tots. I understand that businesses can be short-staffed or training new employees, but I would appreciate a more professional atmosphere and greater focus on customer service.
We ordered two Dirty Ocean Waters and paid extra for the cream add-in, but there was barely any cream in either drink. We also weren't given straws for our drinks or ketchup for our tater tots. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go back through the drive-thru because the line was already moving very slowly.
The food was fresh enough, but the overall customer service experience was disappointing and needs improvement.
