  This whole store needs a corporate team to come in and fix them or something. Every time I come here, the wait is outrageously long and no one in the store seems to know what they’re doing. Sat here and watched 2 cars in front of me pull away after about 30 minutes of waiting. This store has got to be hemorrhaging money in product because I can’t imagine this is a one off occasion, something needs to be done. We asked for our receipt and were told it was “too far back” even though we were the last ones to pay? When we said we ordered a large cream slush, not a medium, the manager chose to search longer for the receipt (still somehow couldn’t find it) and wasted more of our time and the time of everyone behind us in line instead of just making the drink.

  I waited almost an hour to get food from this location. After waiting for 20 minutes when I hit the red button I was told they were doing drive thru only. Then another 40 minutes in the drive thru line. The wait wouldn't have been so bad if they'd only have gotten my order correct. This was the most dissapointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

  It took 10-15 minutes to get place my oder 1 car in front of me. Took another 10-15 minutes to get my order. I have had this problem 2 other times I'm done. Also the drive thru lights on the ordering sign is never on and the lights for the drive thru side of the building.

  it does not take 30+ minutes to make 2 drinks. i told the guy at the intercom i placed my order at 3:17pm and i’ve been sitting at #14 in their parking lot for 30 minutes. he tells me i just placed the order 2 minutes ago and but i sat at stall #14 for half an hour watching over 10 cars get their orders. when i pull up to the window the guy acted like he didn’t know i placed an order

  Whoever was working on July 23rd, 2026 between 1:45 and 2:30pm needs to be fired. I waited 45 minutes for my order in the stall before finally deciding to go through the drive through. When I pulled through the drive through I received my food in about 5 minutes. So thank you Sonic, for WASTING 50 MINUTES OF MY LIFE THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK. (And yes it is that serious)
