  Its a fast food place. The bathroom was clean , service was quick. I got a strawberry shake it had real chunks of strawberry in it.

  I haven been waiting 15 minutes and still in line while writing this. Dr pepper out, saw the manager standing around vaping and another employee standing around on her phone with headphones. The only lady that seem to be doing her job and everyone elses was sierra(that what was on the receipt. But even she was being very rude. Mind you there was only me and a car behind me in line. Had to wait at the speaker four minutes before I was even greeted. Ended up wearing a total of 20 minutes from the time stamped on the receipt to the time I drove off. Very disappointed!!!!

  Have pulled in here to order three times and all three times there was a “problem” that caused me to not waste my time. This instance it was “just FYI it’s gonna be 20 minutes before we get your food” despite it being not a long line at all. The last time it was “we aren’t taking orders at the stalls right now” (here’s a genius idea: put cones in front of the stall parking spots when you want everyone to use drive thru). Waste of time, won’t go back.

  This is the second time my boyfriend and I have been to this Sonic in the past 3 months, and both experiences have been awful. As someone who has worked in the service industry, we brushed off our first experience because we understand that things happen. However, after tonight (9/20), that isn’t an excuse I’m willing to give. We ordered two shakes (Chocolate and Oreo) and a Dirty Dr Pepper. The “Dr Pepper” tasted like straight lime juice with maybe a hint of coconut. On top of that, the cream was curdled, clearly because the drink wasn’t properly mixed or shaken, and I couldn’t even drink it because it was disgusting. The shakes were just as disappointing. They were watery, poorly mixed, and not even filled to the line on the cups. This Sonic used to be great, which honestly makes this even more disappointing, and the quality is nowhere near what it used to be. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

  Well....chicken tenders are a no go now. Grease may have been old but definitely didnt taste well. Everything else was spot on.
