First time I had to wait 5 minutes to have my burrito wrapped because the associate who made the wrap did not know how to roll it and the manager disappeared. 2 customers came in and left because the were not waited on because manager was listing. Second time I came when I got home the burrito had fallen about. No napkins available. Going to Salem going forward.

Staff seem to be everywhere and unsure of what to do or where they need to be. They need guidance and stations so there's not all the chaos. We've redeemed several rewards for free chips and churro chips and they don't seem to make it in the bag. It's disappointing to lose out on the offers plus lose the rewards I earned. Hopefully other people have had better luck as I don't believe we'll be going back.

Even though they close at 11:00 p.m. and we were the only customers, the staff never once made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. The employee who greeted us was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the menu since it was our first visit. I wish I had her name to shout her out personally! She recommended the cheese-crusted quesadilla, and I’m so glad I listened because it was absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the chicken bowl, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. Great customer service can make all the difference, and this team truly went above and beyond. They were welcoming, patient, and genuinely happy to help, even close to closing time. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
