100 percent unbelievably bad experience period. I place a delivery order using the app for the restaurant. I watch the Door Dash delivery driver that they use wander all over a different neighborhood amlnd wanted all over mine. I get an alert that the order was delivered but there was no delivery and no photograph of the delivery. I called the store and spoke with a rude lady who was not understanding some plain language and then she hung up on me after I told her what happened. I called back, I asked to speak with the manager, and from what I determined, she called the manager on a cell phone put it on speaker and put the landline phone next to the cell phone. He identified himself as Jerry after I asked him three times what his name was. He kept saying he couldn't hear me so I had to talk clearly and more slowly because obviously putting a phone up to a cell phone on speaker mode would cause that problem. He said I can refund your order or you can go on the app and place a new order and I'll refund this one well in this case due to a lack of trustworthiness, I declined. I had a promotional code that I used that I'll probably never get back but he said I could call him tomorrow night if I have an issue, apparently I couldn't talk to him today and then i was hung up on again, I suppose by the young lady I spoke with the first time who had the idea of using a landline to talk to a cell phone. So if this is how you conduct a business, and this is how you don't follow Virginia Statute for food delivery & services, I don't think your franchise owner should keep that staff or that management in place and I don't know that the franchise should continue. This is utterly ridiculous and the worst experience I've ever had with any restaurant and I've had some bad ones as I've traveled all over the world.

We’ve been here twice now, and both visits were top-notch. The service has been consistently amazing, attentive, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. My wife has alpha-gal, and they went out of their way to make sure her dietary needs were handled carefully, which we really appreciated. On top of that, the food was excellent both times. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to!

Personally, I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. The staff here are not personable or engaging, but I've never had an issue with my order, so I can't complain.
Our last visit, we dined in. The bathrooms could have used attention and the dining room tables could have been wiped down. This would certainly add desire for patrons to become repeat customers.

Food is great and usually consistent. Only issue we have had is ordering door dash at night. Not sure if it’s just the different crew members or what but night time hardly ever is correct ordering door dash. So we try and stick to in person lunch hours. Not a fault of the establishment itself but also overheard one evening an African American guy leaving I’m assuming is either the owner or a manager was well dressed and younger employees stating how much they didn’t like him which is sad and he’s giving them a job. Other than the few things it’s a great place and great food we get atleast 3 times a week now!
