  Horrible experience. Waited for a pickup for 15 minutes while the incompetent worker took 10 minutes to fill a phone order. Other workers walking around and saying wait on the front person. Absolutely ridiculous. All this happening around 5 o clock. I person upfront, one making pizzas and one making dough and stocking. Only one can hand customers their paid for order. Owners being greedy and won’t hire extra help or experienced workers. Sell the business ASAP!

  Whoever was cooking night on 4/27 needs to be retrained. This pizza is awful. It’s undercooked and disgusting.

  My husband ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:10pm. The pizza was delivered around 8:40 as expected but it was the wrong order. He called the number listed to get it fixed. They said they’d replace it. At about 9:35 when the replacement order had still not been delivered, he called to check on it and they said it would come in a few minutes. He called for a third time (fourth if you count original order) 20 minutes later at 9:55 when it still hadn’t come and the woman in the store said nobody had even told her about this mistake. She said she was located in the store and had just never heard of this mistake. Which is crazy because he called the same phone number each time. At this point he asked for a refund as he had already found something else to eat. She said she was unable to process a refund and that the best she could do was a $15 store credit. Mind you this was for a $46.98 order of pizza. Funnily enough, another 10 minutes later, the correct order showed up. But at this point, it was too late to eat as we were in bed. This is the problem with call centers and local stores both trying to man the phones. There was absolutely no communication about this mistake and nobody seemed to know what was going on. A $15 credit does not replace nearly $50 of pizza. We will not be ordering here again as this is the second time in a row they’ve messed up our order.

  Terrible! The boneless wings were different colors and different sizes. Probably wasn't chicken.

  I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it had very little sauce. I had to make my own sauce and only 5 small, small pieces of chicken. I will not order from this Pizza Hut again. I would upload a picture but I don’t see an option.
