- RMRachel Rivas McKeeJun 25, 20261.0Ordered food, it was to be delivered through DoorDash. The DoorDash driver showed up with the wrong order. I told him that wasn't our food. He said he would take it back to the restaurant. I called Papa Johns and they said they would have the right order ready for him when he got there. I called 30 minutes later. They said that the driver never showed back up. They would not give me a courtesy refund & remake the pizza. They also chastised me for not having DoorDash call them about the mistake and for calling the store myself! Worst customer service experience in years.

- JDJonathan DaleMay 4, 20262.0Order # 1296846240 May the 2nd around 7pm I ordered a delivery meal with a 2 liter Pepsi from the Papa Johns app. Pizza was delivered by door dash but didn’t have the 2 liter Pepsi. They apologized and said complain to Papa John’s. I communicated by phone to the Jamison location and they advised me to come and get the drink. I just paid $10 extra to avoid doing that. They did say they would bring it after I declined to go myself. I waited for a bit and realized nobody was bringing the drink. Very disappointed that I paid for the drink and never received it and the food wasn’t the best as I waited a bit for the drink to be delivered. It will be a long while before I order here again. Unless resolution is made this brand is off my list.
