  Food was fine. The issue was the environment. There were people sitting at only two tables inside the restaurant when we arrived. After we ordered, I went to look for a table and I looked at five, dismissing all of them because they had food residue and crumbs on them. There was trash under some of the tables. There were crumbs over much of the carpeted area. It just wasn't clean. The trash area revealed plates and bowls/ silverware piled high at two stations. My wife said something to the manager and the assistant manager came out to start cleaning tables and used a single wet cloth to wipe multiple tables. After 2 or so, you're really just pushing dirt around. She should have been using sanitizer in a bucket and returning the rag to the bucket, squeezing it out in between tables so that she had an adequate concentration of disinfectant applied to the surface area of each table. That didn't happen. She just pushed the crumbs into the door. Cleaning policies need to be reviewed and reinforced.

  Tasty options at reasonable price. Last three times they exceeded the scheduled delivery time by 20+ minutes. Odd that they don’t even tell you to add coffee and baked goods as they are not in the bag they hand you. I want to come more often but probably won’t because of these struggles.

  Absolutely blown away by how great this Panera was. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh, hot, and some of the best quality we’ve had from a Panera in a long time. The restaurant was also very clean and well kept. What stood out most was the customer service. Unlike some other Panera locations in the area, nobody acted irritated or like we were bothering them just for ordering or asking questions. The staff here actually made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Huge difference and we’ll definitely be coming back.

  Never will I give this Panera money again! The lady at the front was so rude and complaining about her work. Yes it was lunch crowd ,but don't work there if you are " too old for this." Coffee was completely out the whole time we were there, had to bother her again. She just didn't have time to fill coffee and had to grab it from the back.Waited 45 mins for our food! When it came, she had put in the wrong sandwich. I ate it because I was hungry and needed to pick up my kids so I couldn't wait another 45 mins to eat. Then when I wanted to get a to- go box, I waited like 5 mins only to be told they should be right there, where I had already looked by the back manager. The containers were not working, so desperate for help, I bothered the lady one more time and sent back to the back because she didn't have time to help me. Ridiculous! I am so so upset. I won't ever go here again. Oh and eco friendly, sure, if you call landfill and recycle going into the same can underneath the two holes eco-friendly. Yeah, I caught that. I wish I could give this lower than 1 star.
