  I when just to pick up 2 times, the to times the girl (short, with dreds) did not hand the order to me no even tryied to place it close to me, no even near the pick up sign, why like that mcdonal?

  This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. All I'm getting is an iced coffee and an egg and cheese biscuit. It's right near work so I go there. I would go to the drive thru and order but that took to long. So I started doing the online order and they still don't make anything until you show up to pick it up. So you still have to wait. Then when I do get my drink it's either all coffee, all milk, or all sugar. They don't follow the main recipe and it's Russian roulette as to what you're going to get. So not only does it take forever to get anything no matter what you do, but you usually have to ask them to remake it. It's frustrating. If they weren't right by work I would never go back to this place. 😖

  This morning store doors locked and could not pick up orders ! In line for over 22 min and order was wrong . Man at drive thru window was not competent enough to work and take money he was confused and should not have been handling cards ! He walked off and disappeared with my card ! There were only 3 people there it appears and young manager ( I guess) was walking in circles . IT WAS A MESS and DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED !

  Absolutely horrendous lunch, waited almost 20 mins for one 2 cheeseburger meal and separate sandwich and fry. 2 cheeseburger meal turned out to only be 1 cheeseburger. Staff seemed to ask everyone but me what they were waiting on, and the atmosphere was awful with half their lobby taken apart and clearly workers not in uniform asking what people needed while being grossly not within the works hygiene standards. Wouldn’t recommend this place anymore, it’s going down hill fast
