  You need to slow down and give people their totals when ordering. You are in too much of a hurry to get to next person in drive thru.

  I come here often in the mornings and evenings. On my days off I get breakfast and the morning crew here does and excellent job, the evening/night crew here needs to be retrained. Just about everytime I come in after 630 you can hear someone cussing/using some from of profanity from behind the counter which is incredibly unprofessional in a work place where there are no walls dividing the workers and the dining area. There customer service skills are trash. For example they call your number, set your bag down, and walk away before YOU can even say thank you; and make sure you ask for your cup ASAP, if you don't you'll be seen by atleast 4 people in the back before any of them try and come to the front to ask you if you need anything. Also if you come by after 8pm no shot that your gonna get and apple pie, the last 3 times I've come in after 8 they've been "out" everytime... kinda like the ice cream machine memes you see where it's always broken, only with pies that take like max 8 mins to prepare. To the morning crew yal keep doing what your doing!! There's a tall younger white dude there, maybe late 20s early 30s that should train the night crew, he's legit. To the night crew, yal need a manager to manage your crew. Someone from home office should come in and retrain the supervisors on your shift, cause that short girl with the glasses just ain't it.

  I ordered a burger and it was uncooked. When I told the guy that was working there he went on to say "You know it won't make you sick right?" There was no need for him to give me a opinion that I didn't ask for and the customer is always right.
