- CKCynthia Key6 days ago1.0I have been to this location dozens of times over the years. The evening staff, despite being young, have always been pleasant and friendly. I went by the drive through this morning to purchase a 3 pack donut with a hot coffee combo. The donuts appeared dry but did taste okay, just okay. I was surprised because while in line, I saw a worker bring out dozens of donuts on a roll tray system and dump them in the trash. They actually looked better than the ones I received. The worst thing about this experience is I took a sip of coffee. Something tasted funny and since I was driving, I waited until I was home to check it out. I thought maybe it just wasn’t fresh until I opened the lid. The cup of coffee has a used green plastic straw folded in half and sitting in the coffee! Absolutely disgusting and nasty! It appeared as someone had used it because the tip was bent. I immediately called customer service and the poor rep gagged during the call. Well, I won’t be back. I can’t recommend this company.
