  Tamika, is wonderful! I was placing a DoorDash order and called her to ask questions about the menu… She then after I placed my DoorDash order.. Had the DoorDasher call me to confirm what I was ordering!! What a gem, GIVE HER A RAISE!

  Tried to place an order and since they had run out of some breads they refused to change the order to accommodate what they had left and hung up on me.🤷‍♀️

  I ordered a chicken wrap and had it delivered. With taxes and delivery fee it was $15.00. It was terrible. Soggy, flat, but most important, there was so little chicken I didn't even taste it. One half of it had no chicken at all. The other half maybe an ounce of chicken. Plus, it took over an hour to arrive and we're about a mile from this particular Jimmy Johns. This is why I rarely have food delivered and only order in person. There is no incentive for food preparers to make food for delivery that looks anything remotely close to their advertised products. I even called the place to complain and got hung up on, twice. Last time I ever order from any Jimmy Johns.

  My husband ordered a giant Vito for us to split and to say it was disappointing is sn understatement. Where is the meat?? It was also very dry. For the amount that people pay for food anymore, it should at least taste good and be filling. I love JJ, but this is unacceptable.

  Subs are good but Jimmy John's badly needs honey mustard and to go back to normal sub sizes. 8 inch or 16 inch is a little ridiculous. Needs to be 4, 8 or 12 like Firehouse!
