Yall need to do better at managing your lines. Theres no reason to have customers to keep switching to different lines waiting to be rung out. Guy at the register sent me and several other people over to the customer service desk. I thought his shift was ending. After waiting a while at the customer service desk I turn around and he's still ringing, checking out people that came after me. 1 lady behind me went BACK to his line because the customer service desk was taking awhile. I ended up walking out with nothing. Its 1 thing to wait a bc the customer in front of you is taking awhile, but a whole other thing bc they have you switch lines for no reason. Doesn't make any sense.

I’ve been noticing a real decline in customer service lately, and it’s honestly frustrating. I understand that prices are rising and people are overworked, but the lack of basic helpfulness is hard to overlook.
I’ve been driving around to several stores in the Roanoke area trying to find a specific product that’s supposed to be in stock, but it hasn’t been available. To save time, I decided to start calling ahead instead of continuing to drive from place to place.
When I called, I was placed on hold for a long time. I called back, explained that I was still waiting, and was transferred again to the same department where no one answered. Eventually, I was told that the department staff had already left for the day. When I asked if someone else could simply check the shelf, I was told no only that department could do it.
That response was disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated just a quick check to see if the item was physically on the shelf so I could decide whether to make the trip. A more helpful and professional response would have been for someone to say, “Let me take a moment to check that area for you and I’ll let you know what I find.”
It’s not about expecting perfection it’s about basic courtesy, effort, and willingness to help. Those small actions make a big difference in customer experience, and it feels like that standard is slipping

Cashier was friendly but the register available had tape everywhere and the belt wasn't working so it seems kind of odd they would choose that register to do business on. But overall great experience.

Like it because it's convenient and very close to home. Employees are awesome and always helpful. Don't like it because the entire area reeks of weed...and people have this idiotic habit of parking in the fire lane; guess they're too high-or just too lazy to park in a space and walk to the door. Pathetic.
