Love the food here, however, this morning I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, got home and it was the wrong bagel. I wanted the one I ordered enough to drive back and get the right bagel. Open up the new one and it was STILL the wrong type of bagel.
Service was fabulous! Placed an order online and called to ask for special bagging. I think it was Bree that took my call and was very nice and accommodating. The person in drive thru was also very kind and helpful. Smiles and good customer service are rare anymore and this was a refreshing experience.
I gave the bagels as a "thank you" to a business, so I didn't get to try them to rate the food, however, any other time that I've had Donnie D's bagels, they were wonderful! Thank you!

I love a good bagel and I think they do a decent job. I do think it’s a bit over priced, a bacon egg and cheese and a bacon turkey and cheese cost me $26+
I also think that while their plain is great, the flavors don’t incorporate into the dough. A pumpernickel tastes like a plain, a blueberry tastes like a plain with some fruit in it.
I think the concept is there, fine tuning execution would help!

Huge selection and very delicious food! Fantastic bagels, which is really nice as a transplant from Jersey. They give a good amount of food for a reasonable price and have a great menu. Both the breakfast bowls and bagel sandwiches are great, and I'm looking forward to trying other stuff. The catering also seems like a good hack for a bigger group gathering.

The bagels are the star here.
Skip the breakfast sandwiches and just get a bagel with cream cheese. I've had it both ways, with all the meat, egg, cheese bagel sando options and the bagel with CC is the best. The breakfast sandwiches look better than they taste, but boy are they generous with cheese, meat, and eggs.
The beignets are good and are a hit when you bring them to the office.
The chicken tenders for lunch are quite good. Maybe the best chicken tender batter I've ever had. My daughter didn't like it because it was different than what everyone else serves, but 7 year olds are critical of all food that isn't mac & cheese. I ended up eating her tenders later in the day and they were still delicious.
The service is variable. The first time I went in, I was handed a coffee cup and I asked where the coffee was and was given a strained utterance of two words: "side counter." I went to the wrong one that was next to the cooler with cold items and got chewed out by the same cashier for wandering into the production area where several coffee machines reside. (TBF she seemed really hungover, all us service workers have been there).
Once I found the coffee (it's right there in front, there's just a lot on the counter around it), I felt dumb for not seeing it immediately. "Side Counter" just seemed like not the front of the counter.
Other than that, service isn't bad, isn't great, just normal.
The coffee is caffeinated and not fussy.
I keep coming back for the bagels which as previously stated are great.
