I was underwhelmed by the chicken. It was not just browned. It was burned - quite off-putting and distracting from the rest of the ingredients. Not their best effort.
- TTTerry5 days ago1.0I go here all the time. My experience is usually fine. But tonight was a different story. We did a mobile order for the first time and decided to pick it up in the drive thru. The workers let the person at the window sit there for 20 minutes before telling them to pull around. Is this seriously how you run a business? Make everyone else wait for their meal when you could’ve easily asked them to come inside or pull around. Obviously, the food was ready and cold by the time we got it. I got no apology for the wait. And my meal has never been worse. We asked for double steak and half of the meat straight fat and completely inedible. Extremely disappointed in Chipotle.
