  This was the worse fast food experience I have ever had. The tables we’re filthy I had to go outside to find a clean spot to eat. Staff were rude and incompetent.

  HOW do you run out of meat!?! They said we’re out of all the chicken and steak! When we asked how long til there’s more- they said a very long time! I frequent Chipotles all over and have NEVER had that happen before.

  Ok so I hate going to this Chipotle because they have the worse service. This is the 3rd time we've had issues with staff here. Last visit I actually spoke with the manager who assured she'd take care of it. Last night we fell for it again out of convenience as we did not want to have to drive to the Colonial one, big mistake. First off, like last time, they are out of all their meats except for 1 or 2. The young girl, same rude one from last time, says there are not other meats and will take a while. Second, same girl, slopy and makes a mess all over the serving area and my bowl. Third, no clean tables in the place to sit. It was 8:00 PM and there were no meats other than carnitas, no one on the grill cooking anything, the same little girl emptying the ice tea as to say, "no soup for you." Basically cleaning up 2 hours before closing and turning away patrons as there were no food items for any meals. Very disappointing and they should just shut it down instead of wasting everyone's time. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE!

  A little upsetting that I am forced to give this location a star which they did not deserve at all. Walked in no greeting and dirty dining area; okay we will just get it Togo. Then got up to the ordering line and they were out of brown rice when we decided we would like to wait every eye rolled in the building except the nice male cashier who isn’t the name that’s on the receipt . After the rice was done the male that I assume is the manager was more concerned with taking his food temps, keep in mind not wiping the probe off in between the food items, was in so much of a rush that he made our bowls and shook almost all the rice off before dumping into our bowls; ALSO giving the worst go to you know where look; like we was a bother. Does this location not have any district mangers that give a darn?? I definitely wish I would’ve checked the reviews before arriving because we had the SAME expierence as people were having a YEAR AGO. By the way the customers that you all are so irritated with is the reason you have a paycheck! Do better or close the doors. Period

  I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Service is slow and line backed up half the time, and every single time we have gone something has been disappointing, whether it be stale chips, small portions, old food or missing items from online orders entirely. And youre not able to call the store to get things fixed for online orders or get a refund so youre just forced to deal with it until corporate calls you back days later. This is one of the worst chipotles I have been to.
