- 121 2Jun 13, 20262.0Went to this Chipotle on Friday June 12th at around 7pm. For one the food area was disgusting. There was old dried food and spills all over , it takes 10 seconds to clean. People eat with their eyes 1st. Secondly , for it to only be 7pm and Chipotle closes at 10 they were out of items. Then the young lady who was taking my order stared at me with confusion as if she didn’t know why I was there. I kindly just said never mind and left.

We don’t discover this until after we had returned home and opened the container. We paid full price for a half empty plate of food. The portion size was absolutely ridiculous. This will be the last time we place an order.

Everyone else was either on break, one lady cutting up some meat until a guy came out of the bathroom and then she wondered off when he took her place. Heard someone in the back talking but not sure what they were doing. There either wasn’t a manager or lead there or they cared as little as the employees on what kind of service they were providing. The three groups in front of us was visibly frustrated and then the ones in front of us seem so angry that we just left.
