This location is closest to my work and I come probably 3 days a week and everyone is so helpful, quick, and attentive. I came one day and the worker walked me to my car with an umbrella in the rain. Customer service above and beyond!! The owner is also frequently in the restaurant helping as well. I love my chick fil a fam!
- SBSydney BunceApr 18, 20264.0Me and my friend went through the drive thru and ordered by a very lovely lady named Heidi. She was extremely nice and seemed very friendly. Her card reader died (i work in the food industry myself and understand that stuff happens). So (as one does) asks for help for a password to which then the card reader dies. Heidi still being very patient (as well as me and my friend) waiting for some help while apologizing to us for the wait. Then, Avery comes out and starts being very rude and snappy towards her saying “we can’t be having this while it is so busy, you should’ve notified this a while ago”, and some other things that are a bit spotty in my brain. Heidi then started crying but still giving amazing service. My friend and I spoke to a manager (didn’t catch her name but very lovely and understanding). Just a PSA to everyone, you don’t have to be rude to other people because it’s busy. Love this place overall
