    don’t usually leave reviews, but Valery Santos absolutely deserves one. From the second I walked into CAVA, she made the entire experience feel welcoming, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. She has one of those personalities that instantly brightens the atmosphere; professional, kind, patient, and so good with people that you can tell she cares about every customer that comes through the line. Not only was my food organized perfectly, but Valery went above and beyond with her attitude and customer service. In a world where a lot of people do the bare minimum, she stands out in the best way possible. She handled everything with such confidence and positivity, even while staying fast and organized during a busy rush. That kind of energy is rare. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her representing their brand. Employees like Valery are the reason customers come back. She turned a simple food run into an experience that genuinely made my day better. Give her the recognition she deserves. she earned it!!!

    If I could give more 5 stars I would! Food is amazing! Atmosphere is also amazing! first time eating here, came with high expectations and I was not let down! The staff is amazing . Valery was very attentive and she gave me some great recommendations! 10/10 customer service.

    Went to CAVA and Valery made the experience amazing. She assembled my bowl perfectly, gave great portions, and was super friendly the entire time. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and takes pride in making the food look good. Everything was fresh, fast, and tasted great. Valery definitely deserves recognition — 10/10 service.

    I always go to the Japanese restaurant next door and had been eyeballing this place for a while, and finally decided to check it out. It's was actually a great experience. It's fast/casual similar to Chipotle but with Greek food instead of Mexican. I got a Build Your Own chicken bowl for about $12 and change (with tax) and it was amazing. Lots of Greek food topping choices (including lentils, NOT beans that they are calling lentils). I will definitely visit again.

    !!!BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! Clean store, but the bowls are disgusting. My wife, who suffers from alopecia (relevant to the story), ordered some early dinner/late lunch for us yesterday. I came in, picked up the bowls around 4:00pm. Upon getting home and enjoying our meal, I'm half-way through adding some more Ziki sauce to my bowl, as I spot a long black straight piece of hair in my cup. Completely disgusted, I call Cava to let them know what I just experienced. The assistant manager answers the phone, she had some sort of a Spanish accent. I only note this because she didn't leave a name, so I can't report her name directly. I inform her of what I just experienced. Unsympathetically, she states, "Could the hair have fallen out of you or your wife's head?". My wife does not have hair, the little hair I do have is grey. Additionally, the hair was inside the Ziki already, so it couldn't have simply "fallen in", like she suggests. I inform her of my wife's condition, and also offer to provide photographic evidence. The manager then says, "Ohh, so do you like want a refund or not?". This is so unprofessional, didn't think we'd have to disclose our medical history just to get our order made correctly, someone call HIPPA. I've yet to get a refund or hear back from management, so I've taken the liberty of filing a dispute with my bank. Hopefully, this review can serve as a warning to others. Don't come here unless you want to play a game of 25 questions, when they mess up your order!
