    This is a newly remodeled location in the area, no real reason for anything to be gross yet in my opinion. We actually gave it a shot 2 days in a row because we had not been to the new moved location. The first day we came in the hostess asked us if the table she was getting ready to sit us at was ok. It was early dinner time and there were more open tables than occupied tables. We said it looks like it hasn't yet been cleaned. She said let me just wipe that off it's just residue from the cleaning solution. (It wasn't, it was a hand print and there was food in the seats) We stood by the table not sitting hoping the hint would come a different table would be more appropriate. She wiped off the top and set menus down and then I asked for napkins so I could clean the seats out if we couldn't sit anywhere else. She said ok and went to get napkins so we just walked out. My husband really likes to just grab beer here and watch games so we decided to give it a try the next day. We got there right when it opened (10 minutes after not breaking the door down) so it would make sense that it would be clean and they would be ready to go. No one was there to greet which,ok. The bartender just told us to sit anywhere. My daughter had to go to the bathroom and not a single stall in the women's bathroom had loaded toilet paper. New rolls were sitting on top of the dispensers with smears of mystery whatever on them. no way we are hand unrolling the toilet paper in Roanoke. We tried the men's room not optimistic for any better and the status was way worse but at least a toilet paper dispenser was loaded. So my husband skipped the poo filled stall and wiped down the seat on the one with toilet paper in the floor like the rest of the bathroom and overflowing garbage cans. A little too soon for the basics to not be important here.

    Ordered online, email stated my food would be ready between 6:05 - 6:20. I walked in at 6:05. They took a bag out of a cabinet, I assumed it was to keep the food warm. When I got to my car, still sitting in their parking lot, I tried the fries. They were cold and rubbery. When I got home, I ate 2 if the 20 wings that I ordered. They were so dry they tasted like chicken jerky, also cold. I threw both in the trash. What a waste of money!

    Dinner for a table of 5 took 2-1/2 hours! Waitress would disappear in the back for 20-30 minutes at a time. When our food was finally brought to us, an entire order of wings and an order of fries were missing. After finishing our food, which was meh (boneless wings barely had sauce), I had to flag the waitress down just to get our check. We set a timer when the check was brought to see how long it would take the waitress to come back and get our payment. After 10 minutes and she’s nowhere to be found, we went to the bar to try to pay there. Bar wouldn’t let us pay there, but said they’d get our waitress. Another 7 minutes goes by without her gracing the restaurant with her presence. In the meantime, the table behind us was complaining to who I assume is the manager about similar service. The manager seemed not to care, and almost offended that they dare complain. Not going back.

    Today we arrived at a few minutes after noon expecting it to be more crowded due to the time and the fact the FIFA final is at 3 pm. We ordered our food and beer, simple chicken sandwiches and regular fries. Our beer came and an hour and 10 minutes later we asked for our waitress. She said one cook sick and another called out. But two customers that came in after us received food . We asked for our check for the beers and a male manager came over and said a cook just arrived and our food should be right out. We asked for the checks and decided to go elsewhere. He said as a courtesy he’d remove the food from our ticket. Well, that’s good because we never got anything. I feel sorry for anyone coming for the World Cup Final. If they only have one cook, make sure you eat before you come. The service was this bad when they were in the mall. We hoped it would be better at the new location. Their competition is close to being open next door. Shame they have deteriorated this much the past few years.

    The food tasted great but was not hot at all! Tasted like it sat for a little bit! I have to agree with the rest of the comments on here, the service was lacking! We were there for an hour and a half! Our nachos took 25min to come out while the tables in the other sections who sat after us were coming out faster! Our main dishes took over an hour to come out! We got the sampler with sliders, onion rings, buffalo boneless wings and bbq boneless wings and the BBQ chicken salad. The table behind us, which had a different waitress, sat well after we did and left before we did! Maybe more waitresses are need? There was no wait and plenty of seating. The atmosphere did not feel like a buffalo wild wings. Over kind of disappointed in our experience.
