  Beautiful atmosphere, just not enough staff to run it appropriately. Waited to get seated, waited to get a greeting, food came out wrong One sandwich got " lost"

  Not sure how service is during the day but wouldn’t recommend going after 7 wait time was horrible waited 10 minutes for seating food was subpar came to my table room temp I would avoid this location at all costs !!

  Sierra made our experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. She was attentive without hovering, kept everything moving smoothly, and made sure we had exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does. Great service can really change the whole tone of a meal, and Sierra did exactly that. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for her again.

  Came here at 4pm on a Saturday. I went to their old location last year and the service was poor. Yesterday I went to their new location which looks much nicer and had a decent crowd in there eating and having drinks. I sat down at the bar, ordered a drink, then asked to order food. I was told by the bartender that the kitchen wasn’t accepting food orders. The kitchen was too overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the tables around me had food. Patrons at the bar had food. Other tables were having their orders taken. They were continuing to seat people with food menus. The place had a good crowd there for a Saturday (approx. 80% full) no big games going on to make them busy. They were not busy enough to warrant the kitchen closing down. I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous from a popular chain restaurant. I spoke with the manager on duty (Angie? - very nice) who apologized and said it was unacceptable of them. But, for what’s supposed to be a well-oiled chain restaurant being unable to accommodate any food orders on a Saturday afternoon is embarrassing and unacceptable. They should be ashamed at their lack of organization and inattention. I will say however, the bar staff was friendly and provided me other recommendations on where to eat. In addition, when I arrived and was seated there were a couple public spats being had between the wait staff which was pretty embarrassing to see. Overall it was by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to.

  I placed a to go order at about 5:30. My order number was #1000051609017. It said pickup ready at 6:20. I got here at 6:20. Not a single person at the takeout side. Staff was walking past, no acknowledgement, like I didnt exist. I then walked around to the seating area and was told for pickup i needed to go to the takeout area. I let the hostess know that no one acknowledged me or anything for 10 minutes.I ended up waiting for 25 minutes until a person FINALLY came to the counter. Turns out my order had just been sitting in a cooler thing the whole time id been standing there. I take my order, get home, it was a 10 minute drive. The food was gross, it was cold and the boneless wings had almost no sauce on them. The icing on the cake was there were no fries included in my order. They just didnt put them in there. We just ended up throwing away the order and going to chic fil a. This was my first and last order from that store. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to the other store
