    Went for dinner after work on Saturday night. The place was packed. Walked in about 7:20pm, got sat immediately and waited until 8:20pm for food which was cold and had clearly been sitting for a while. The server was nice, offered an apology and a discount. By the end of our meal the restaurant was almost empty and not a single table had been cleaned and everyone around us was complaining about the wait for food and quality of food. It was a garbage experience which seems to be pretty standard for this newly remodeled location.

    The new location is nice and has so much potential. Our waitress was fine and did a good job but I seen other waitresses socializing with the regulars. One lady got up and said she was waiting for help and this is the third time she has to ask for someone. Ordered an ultimate appetizer took 45 minutes to get it and was cold. Sent it back and then was told they ran out of the garlic mushrooms. Ordered a beer before that and never got it so had to go to the bar to order it. My dad ordered a beer and took 20-25 minutes to get it. Won’t come back here anymore and they need to shut this new spot down. No reason to have a new location with old service.

    Horrible experience! I'm not sure how this place stays in business 😕. Terrible service, the management is some of the worst I've ever encountered. Whomever owns or runs this place should seriously take note and fix these issues. After ordering our appetizer and meals, we waited over one hour for the appetizer. Not kidding. Then the food came 20 minutes after. Was it hot and fresh? Absolutely not, this terrible experience kept getting worse and worse. Our server only served if we got up to find them or were lucky enough for them to stumble by tending to other matters. Did the management care about any of this? 😂 that's a big fat NOPE!! I would recommend anyone considering to eat at this particular location to reconsider.

    Went to Sunday football, got there early (12) so we could have seats. Waited at the hostess stand for 5-10 minutes before someone assisted us. When we arrived there was maybe 10-12 tables with people (so not busy), we place our order and about 10-20 minutes later I’m informed they are out of an item that is part of the sampler, which is cool we can pick another. We continued to wait for the sampler and a side of fries. It’s 1pm by the time the appetizer arrives (an hour for fried food is WILD). Thank goodness we had a great server don’t remember his name but he had a strong accent. After finishing our food we wanted to continue to watch the game so we decided to go sit on the patio so other customers have a place to sit, we were out there for 30+ minutes without 1 of the 2 bartenders asking if we needed help but saw me standing there continuing to ignore me. The new building is beautiful, but 85% of the staff should be gone, if you aren’t a regular they don’t care about customer service.

    The story of the 9 cents. So lets start off the night with us sitting at the table waiting for our drinks. we got our drinks relatively quick, now after that it was ghost town. we ordered food 10 minutes later sat there for about 30 min finally got some refills after that ghost town again servers gone out of sight not even checking if we are ok. Well there goes another 40 minutes and finally the manager comes out and says hey guys we ran out of French Fries well ok that's fine lets all get wedges as a replacement they say ok and we move on. Mind you guys this is already an hour and fifteen min into the trip. And again another 30 minutes goes by and finally someone gets some food, and then another entree comes out and after everyone gets there entrees and then there was one. One without an entree, i sit and sit and sit for another 15 minutes waiting for my burger and finally there's my burger after everyone was finished. But this isn't even the worse because after another 20 minutes we finally got our sides and low and behold we didn't even get wedges WE GOT TATER TOTS gross ahh tater tots. I mean dang Bdubs i have been here multiple times and the server is slow the people are rude and the food is mid as hell. at the end of the night after 2 and a half hours we thought ok we can leave but NO this lady completely mixed up our cards I mean there was 4 different people who did not pay for there actual meal and even worse when we told the other lady it was wrong she said YOU GUYS HAVE CASH APP you guys can figure that out on your own. on top of that one persons bill was 9 cents and that's still more then the sense they had. Well long story short this behavior doesn't deserve a tip and I hope that MARY has to pay more in tip out then we did for each of our meals.
