Damascus took my order and was very kind and patient while I decided!

The roast beef sandwich is the best one in the world. I'm 73 and I've been eating Arby's roast beef since I was 16. I eat there often and their mozzarella sticks with ranch is to die for. Glad they are there for me when I want one. Thank you guys!

Used to love this location. Tonight the sandwich’s were dried out and chewy like beef jerky. Got 2 medium roast beef sandwiches and the portions were the same as a single classic. I guess if you can’t cover it up with nasty cheese this is what you get. Think this is the last time I’ll be stopping by this location.

I came here for dinner on 8/03/26. I ordered an apple turnover but was given a cherry turnover instead. I didn't realize it until my second bite because I trusted I had received what I ordered, and I'm allergic to cherries. If you didn't have any apple turnovers left, you should have just said so. Please don't hand someone something different without telling them. I'm not sure what happened, but this could have had very serious consequences for someone with a food allergy. Mistakes happen, but when it comes to serving food, accuracy matters. I hope this is taken seriously so it doesn't happen to someone else.
