    Had an issue with mobile order. Employee could not help. Left my # for manager to call me; Angela did not. Called and left another message for her, still did not retirn call. This location is having MAJOR issues. Ate in & NONE of the sauce Ketcup or Arby's Sauce containers had been filled up so NO sauces in them. You can get better service and assistance at regular restaurant for the price of tge good. Will NOT be returning here.

    Second time here in month both times nobody on counter waited 5-6 minutes until someone came out front seems like the counter person also the cook. Also no salt or the small cups at condiment station seems like no management at all very very poor service. Food ok but barely warm.
