  Employees were gracious and helpful. Food was fresh. Music was playing just loud enough to hear but it not be a nuisance. Not in the employees wheelhouse - Raining today and the floors were so slippery and dangerous. I slipped multiple times. No floor rug/ mat coming in to catch the water. Bathroom was horrible, but not the workers fault. Water in the floor, tiles coming off the wall - the owners need to fix this. Pee on the seat - grown adults squatting to pee to keep from getting germs, then leaving their pee for the next person to clean up.

  This location has rude employees and an ignorant manager. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time to get through the drive-thru but when I got to the window to pay they refused to give the promotional discount for downloading their app and also providing the 6 digit code. Initially, I was told they had no idea what I was talking about. Once I shared the fact that the offer was on their order board they still couldn't figure it out. At which point I asked to speak with the manager. I did not catch her name but she had such an attitude when she approached me, as if I had done something wrong. Then she insisted that I explain the promo to her. When I did so, she accused me of yelling, which I did not, and then she stated that she knew nothing about this promotion. She told me that I needed to pay the full price since she didn't know how to address it. I stated that if she didn't know what to do then call someone who does. Once she made the call and fixed it, she turned and stomped off like a child. I have worked in every facet of food service and when I made a mistake I apologized. Apparently, giving good customer service and knowing how to handle the corporate promotions is not a priority. The most ironic part about this frustrating experience is that the promotion, that the manager had no idea about, is printed on the receipt!!! I've read some of the other reviews on this location and I probably will not get a response to mine. However, I felt it important to share. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and drive on down the road a different fast-food business. This place and their employees are not worthy of your money. They don't care about their job and it's evident they're clueless on how do it. My last comment to those I spoke with yesterday, if this is best that you can do in your role then please find another job. You're not suited to work with the public.

  If there aren't enough people to operate the business then don't even be open. No one was at the drive-thru ordering when I pulled up and there was only one person at the window waiting for their order. someone came on the speaker and told me it would be just a moment, 10 plus minutes later I gave them a heads up that they now had a line at the drive-thru behind me and they said there's only two of them working. I didn't get to eat or get food on my lunch break because I had to rush back to work after still not being able to order, this is just pitiful
