  I came in yesterday around 1pm and everything was fresh and delicious. The young man who was working in the back, (I think his name is Caleb or Cody) making the sandwiches, went out of his way to explain some of the sandwiches, sides and drink options. He even told me the prices and deals Arby’s is having so I could get exactly what I wanted and get the best deal for it. My turkey Bacon Ranch was the best I’ve had and when asking how long he’s been there, I was surprised to learn he’s new. The afternoon shift was very pleasant and accommodating; they clearly take pride in their work and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, for the price and did it with a smile. This is my new favorite location and I am looking forward to lunch there again soon!

  I visited this Arby’s on Brandon Ave and placed a simple order that included sauerkraut in a container, packed in a separate bag due to allergies. The employee helping me was polite and accommodating. However, I was shocked when the manager immediately *dressed down* the employee for giving me a bag, insisting they should have only provided the container. Because the interaction felt so uncalled for, I decided to dine in to see whether this was a one‑time issue or a pattern. Unfortunately, it was the latter. Throughout my meal, I watched the manager—Brooks—mock, bully, and belittle employees over even the smallest actions. These were teenagers just trying to do their jobs, and the environment created by this manager was openly hostile. Despite this, the employees continued to serve customers with a smile and even apologized to me for what I witnessed. That alone says a lot about their character and work ethic. Arby’s, I truly hope you take a close look at the management at this location. These young workers deserve leadership that supports them, not someone who tears them down. You can do better, and they deserve better as they learn to become hardworking, confident members of the workforce.

  Was passing through and decided to grab some food during my visit. Next thing I know, I hear the manager screaming at the workers. The workers look pretty shaken up, so I try to tell him what he's doing isn't cool, and he ignores me. Clearly he knows what he's doing is wrong and isn't leadership material. Why is this guy even a manager if he's a bad leader? The guy's name is Brooks. Thankfully one of the workers still had some courage left to tell me.
