  Ashanti done an amazing job today when I stopped by and ordered my food. She was very friendly and professional. She went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.

  The worst experience i have had for a long time. The kitchen as seen from the drive through windows was an absolutely filthy mess. And the wait was long. And they were out of drinks and our food. Had to reorder at the window. Stay away

  I am always a very patient and appreciative person when it comes to fast food restaurants. Today was the last time I will ever go to this bojangles again. Every time we try and go to this bojangles the waits take forever, they are always out of stuff, and the orders are never right. On today’s adventure they were out of honey mustard, out of chicken supremes, and rather than telling me they were out of supremes they decided to take random pieces of chicken and bread them like a chicken tender without telling me. And lastly the chicken biscuit was completely raw on the inside when my girlfriend started eating it. I would do my best to avoid this establishment.

  This Bojangles is the newest one in Martinsville-Henry County area but is the weakest one to me. I've been here several times, and I have found there to be consistent issues with food quality, and especially with the service. Last time I ate here, I waited for 15 minutes for the chicken, which was very hot but next to flavorless. The sides were not hot at all. It was just highly disappointing. Atmosphere is...bare bones at best, but at least the place is clean.
