  If you like eastern Carolina BBQ you need to get to this place quick. I got a pound today and it is legit. Will definitely be going back.

  Excellent barbecue!!! What a gem of a restaurant. If you are a fan of ZZ barbecue then you will love this restaurant and the prices are a lot more reasonable plus you get more food. We will definitely be returning.

  Hi 👋🏾 Came here today about 2:15 pm. Got home and here's the review. The gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. We tried to call AS SOON AS we realize missing items but......couldn't get through The food: We were missing the 2 coleslaw (side topper of sandwiches) and the 10 layer chocolate cake - was really looking forward to it. The macncheese (which did not look like the onsite pics) was bland, greens toooo salty. The best parts was definitely the Big A sandwiches, bbq ribs, beans and the corn muffins ❤️‍🔥

  I too was lucky enough to stumble upon this Smokehouse headed back to Lynchburg from VA Beach. My girlfriend had the 1/2 lb pulled pork sandwich with fries and the South Carolina Gold sauce. I had the 1/4 lb ribs with Cowboy Caviar and the best corn muffin ever. Perfectly smoked and great portions. If you're headed 64 East or West in the Richmond area it is a must to stop in.
