    Came here for a work lunch pickup. Placed our order in store, the cashier added a 6 piece tender combo rather than a 6 piece wing combo. I didn't notice until after I paid. I brought it to their attention immediately after the next person finished ordering. They rang me up on a separate ticket for the correct combo and told me they'd refund the difference. I then placed an order for another co-worker on another separate ticket. I received two out of three receipts. Our order was called, we picked up what the staff had prepared (they said the order was complete). A drink and a side were missing by our count. Staff remedied this. We thought we checked everything but as you can imagine it was a confusing lunch pickup. One of the lunch orders was missed. The shift manager Antonio took off his sunglasses and shook my hand and offered that within 3-5 business days the refund should go through. Great, I thought no problem. Well we got back to work and discovered we were missing a meal. I phoned and spoke to Antonio he said he'd take care of the missing order as well. I waited one week, no reimbursement went in to the store on the following Monday (6 weekdays from purchase date) to request the discrepancy be remedied. It's been another week, still no reimbursement. I phoned the store and spoke with Taj (shift manager), asked to speak with the manager. General Manager's contact info was not provided, so I requested the general manager give me a call. I will update this post to a more positive rating if management reaches out to resolve this. To make a long story, longer, the staff have been friendly and "helpful", however made some mistakes and have not followed through with resolving the errors made. It takes no time for them to debit my credit card, but more than two weeks to resolve an over charge. I guess they feel there is not enough of an incentive to fix the problem in a timely manner.

    came in around midnight, they were very busy but the food was still being made quickly to order and the customer service was great. they were out of some things but made sure to communicate everything clearly. good crew and good food
