I ordered two smoothies totaling approximately $16 and paid with a $100 bill. The cashier asked if I wanted my change, as if I were leaving an $84 tip. I said no, and instead of returning my change, he slammed the cash register shut and walked away. When another employee asked if I needed anything, I explained that I was waiting for my change. They initially tried to hand me only the coins. I had to clarify that I wanted all of my change, not just the coins. The manager then questioned whether I had my receipt, even though my transaction had just taken place.I also noticed that the male employee who rang me up had long hair hanging down over his face while preparing smoothies. Regardless of anyone’s appearance, hair should be properly secured when preparing food and beverages. It raised concerns about basic food safety and hygiene. To make matters worse, customers who ordered after me were continuously served before I was. One customer even ordered the exact same smoothies I did and received theirs first. By the time the entire line of customers who came in after me had been served, another customer who had been waiting longer than everyone else finally spoke up and said, “Where is our stuff? We’ve been here the longest. I’ve already finished my sandwich.” The manager then attempted to take a smoothie out of another customer’s hand to give it to me. I told her to give it back because I no longer wanted the order and requested a refund instead. When I received my refund, I was only given $80 back from the $100 bill I had originally paid. I had to walk back into the store and tell the manager she still owed me $20. She insisted she didn’t. I informed her that if she counted the cash drawer, it would show an extra $20 because I had never received it. The employees at this location either need additional training on handling cash transactions or there is a serious issue with accountability. No customer should have to repeatedly ask for the correct amount of their own money or watch others who arrived later receive service first. This experience was unacceptable. Between the poor customer service, mishandling of my money, food safety concerns, and the overall lack of professionalism, I have completely lost confidence in this location. I will be contacting corporate so they are aware of how this situation was handled.

Smells like a gas station bathroom and the employees are in no rush to do their jobs. The woman on wraps was too interested with her phone rather than making orders. After waiting for 10+ minutes, the guy at the register asked the lady who ordered ahead of me, “Whatchu want again?” and made her order off of a verbal request, not an order ticket. Hot garbage.

On Sunday, 5/17/26 (First time at this location) I felt like I was coming down with a cold, so I opted for something with ginger. I purchased the Detox Island Green in addition to my FAVORITE which is the Avocolada. I like to call myself an Avocolada Connoisseur… D, I typically will purchase 2-4 at a time. This day… I got my order and BOTH had a watered down taste/no thickness.(It moved around a bit loosely in the cup. Mind you, they had just handed to me….. Just watered down……barely could taste any sweetness, and that’s saying something because I don’t like anything too sweet but THIS was not good at all. If I wasn’t feeling under the weather, I would’ve probably waited for them to remake them both. The Detox Island green tasted like someone was a little heavy handed on the ginger. First time at this location and my last!

TERRIBLE experience today. The customer service is never that great here, but today was the worst. About 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, a member told me that they didn’t have pineapples for the bahama mama. So, I opted for a sunrise sunset instead. The result was this unblended, frozen mess. Completely inedible. When I asked them what happened, they said their strawberries were still too frozen so they couldn’t blend it completely (???). I asked for a refund. Every customer in there at the time either had an issue with their order or was waiting an unacceptable amount of time. I just feel like if you’re not having a good day, you have to communicate that to your customers. Unlikely I’ll come back to this location.

Very uncomfortable and unpleasant vibe in there, staff fighting loudly the whole time and confusing people's orders. I asked for my usual Avocolada smoothie, he rung it up as an island green, so I asked him if he could make sure it was an avocolada--he said they were discontinuing avocolada so this was close enough. the smoothie itself came out really gritty and not fully blended, so I had to go home and reblend it to make it smooth (photo attached lol). They seemed really understaffed and overworked and I overheard him tell the customer after me that they were out of pineapple--which sure enough wasn't in my drink that was supposed to have it.
