- RRrp2 days ago2.0I love tropical smoothie but this was probably the worst I’ve been to. The attitude on the girl at the counter for absolutely no reason alone would keep me away from this place.

First, I have neverrrr encountered a TS with 7 employees working..it appeared there was only 1-2 guys actually making smoothies, 2 girls mopping, the Mgr. texting in the back, multiple customers waiting and I've never waited pass the ready time provided to me in the app. Not only was it a prolonged wait time, this location ran out of Turbinado and sold smoothies without informing customers like myself, who kindly sit in the lot to order on the app. After a few sips and noticing no taste, I went in to obtain a refund. I informed Mgr. Ethan that I'd need to get my 200 reward points back that I used upon ordering. I was nonchalantly told that I couldn't be accommodate and needed to contact a # in the app. I informed him that a number wasn't provided in the app..he said he didn't have a number to give me..soooo 20 minutes of my time wasted, left without what I came for..no common courtesy, empathy..NOTHING BUT SHEER DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Anyways Samantha, (thick white girl with blonde hair) took my order and there were 2 ppl after me when she was waiting on the 3rd person she coughed a very congested cough straight into the palm of her right hand, that sickened me, I thought she would have immediately went and washed her hands after the transaction but NOOOO she went and grabbed several orders from the back. One being my smoothie and handed it to me, I asked her if she can have this remade and wash her hands bcuz of how she just coughed in her hand she tried to stare a hole through me but I didn’t care. How are nasty ppl offended by someone asking them to be clean. She went sat my drink down on the counter and had a 40-50 second convo with the guy making the smoothies, wich I dnt kno y it should have been tossed and a simple CAN I GET A REMAKE OF THIS SMOOTHIE, NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN. She washed her hands picked up the same cup and handed it back to me. I kno it was the same cup bcuz I scratched it while I was handing it back to her. I took it bcuz I had an appointment in a few mins but I wiped it off with hand sanitizer when I got to the car. Well now I am sick with what feels like the flu. So thank you SAMANTHA, PLEASE WORK ON YOUR PERSONAL HYGENE and Cleanliness and don’t get offended by ppl asking you to do what you know is protocol working in the food industry. NOBODY WANTS YOUR GERMS . 🦠 hopefully nobody else got sick but if you got your orders June 8th Mid day she brought up about 5-8 orders at 1 time, some drinks some bags. How does this location have so many 1 star reviews yet they have a 3.7 that’s crazy
