- MMMilkyJun 20, 20261.0I ordered the haddock and chips, the batter was very thin, so it was not crispy at all. I also ordered the chicken curry puffs, there was little to none curry sauce, and there were more potatoe and chicken. The curry sauce that came with the fish should've went with the puffs, plus it was on the sweeter side then l was used to.

There's so much going on in every bite you don't want to stop eating and you even debate ordering a second plate... Don't get me wrong, my fish and chips were great as well. Real proper British chips and not American-style French fries. Served with a flavorful curry sauce that makes me wonder how did this not take off in America??? Vastly better than eating fries with ketchup! Wash everything down with a pint or two of an English beer, which was also flavorful and didn't taste like lightly flavored water like certain other beers 😉

Everyone was a pleasure to talk to, food was excellent and what set their fish and chips apart was the extra special sauce that came along on the side to try which my husband really enjoyed. Not pictured is the Sticky Toffee Pudding which was devoured immediately. Highly reccomend checking this place out!
