- DSDeidra SnipesMay 7, 20261.0This place is worse than awful!! I will NEVER go back!! Every time I go, it's at least a 20 minute or more wait. They hand me cold food, give me attitude if I ask for warm food, or they will shut the drive thru window in your face and make you waste more time and they still will still give you cold or poor quality food. I am determined to file as many complaints with corporate, the franchise owners, and the store managers as I can!! Richmond customers, we need to boycott this location until positive changes are made!!

They will give cold food and get upset if you say anything about it. It's unacceptable and I will no longer be going to thisTaco Bell. If you like cold food, rude staff, and have 30 to 40 minutes to spare, it's the place for you!!
