Awful customer service, extremely rude staff, does not like to help customers that walk in. Act like you are an inconvenience if you need to order at register.

Opened the dining room 5 minutes late, didn't unlock the door we were standing at, didn't speak or come to the counter when we came in, and had no breakfast menu at 9 am. We left without making a purchase.
Went to pick up an order, had to use the drive thru, they marked the order as ready to pick up, got to the window, and they ordered me to drive around the building. I ignored them didn't say anything just sat there. They started harassing me telling me they were going to call the police. I was not rude, I did not yell, or swear their behavior was unwarranted and unprofessional. I stayed exactly where I was and they gave me the order i was there for after threatening me again with the police again. Seems to me employees shouldn't be using threats against anyone if they behavior doesn't warrant it. The order by the way that had been sitting on the back counter the majority of the time they were attempting to make me absorb their inefficiency. They said the person behind me food was already ready. Makes little sense since the person behind me ordered at the screen so they would have had less than 2 minutes to put it together and the order I had was placed online and they'd already marked it as complete to make their numbers look good. So lazy. I mean it does make sense if you consider your own lack of prioritizing but anyone who knows how a kitchen works knows you make orders in the order they come in not in whatever way makes it easy on you. If your Management style relies on the exploitation of drivers who do not work for the establishment and are not paid to wait stagnant while you fumble a fairly easy job you have a poor management style. We're not second class citizens. We maybe not be the customer you're serving food to. The person who ordered it however is a customer making them wait indefinitely because you can't make a chalupa and a bean burrito is weak.
Stop telling delivery drivers to pull around because you can't be bothered to make the food. If you can make an order that order and comes in behind me in line then you had time to make the order that had been placed online in the same amount of time. Please teach your employees how to prioritize their time properly instead of offloading the issue onto the driver. We are not paid to wait and you are going over the time that the app seems appropriate every single time.

Service was good, but the facilities weren't very clean. The food? It was supposed to be a Crunchwrap Supreme. Look at the pictures. I kept thinking maybe all the meat was at the bottom. Nope. It was just lettuce, onion, some sauce, and mostly tortilla. I asked for no tomato and add onion, and that was correct. There was barely any meat, you couldn't even taste anything but tortilla and occasionally lettuce. Wholly disappointing.
