This deserves the review I am about to give… fully and unapologetic. Saturday May 9th 2026 approximately 12:30pm Let me start by saying this Taco Bell location near Creighton Road, is probably the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve visited in a long time. The customer service? Shockingly good. Like… suspiciously good. To the point where I was sitting in the drive-thru wondering if I accidentally pulled up to a Mondo Burger training facility undercover as Taco Bell. As I struggled to read the menu at the laburnum location (, I actually could see at this location), I asked for a moment to decide. The employee calmly replied: “Okay, just let me know when you’re ready.” No sighing. No attitude. No “take your time…” with hidden aggression behind it. Just professionalism. Then came the sentence that changed everything: “Do you need me to make a recommendation for you?” Excuse me?! At Taco Bell?! I almost checked to see if valet parking was available. When I forgot to provide my check-in number until after ordering, I fully expected the traditional fast-food exhale of disappointment. Instead? “No problem, I can still enter it for you.” Then I asked how the points system worked because apparently I’ve been collecting Taco Bell points like Pokémon cards without understanding what they do. Not one—but TWO employees, including a manager, came over to help explain it. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant. Whoever trained this crew deserves a raise and probably a TED Talk. Now… the food. We ordered the 3 Crunchy Tacos meal and two Burrito Supremes. The tacos were decent, fresh, and crunchy. The lettuce actually had texture. The tomatoes weren’t soggy little cubes of sadness. Everything tasted fresh. But the Burrito Supreme? More like Burrito “Adequate.” The sour cream was so scarce it felt like they applied it with a Q-tip. At this point they should just rename it the Burrito Subordinate. The beef had the flavor profile of someone describing beef from another room. like a Boca Burger type Terrible… just oddly not beef like at all. And why are these burritos so tiny now? I know inflation exists, but these things are shrinking faster than my patience at the DMV. I’m not asking for Qdoba-sized burritos the size of a newborn child… but can we at least get enough beans and cheese to justify the price? Double the lettuce. Add more cheese. Give the people something to believe in again. Will I come back? Absolutely. Not because the food blew me away—it didn’t—but because the employees here made the experience enjoyable. In a world where customer service often feels like interrupting someone’s nap, this team was genuinely pleasant, patient, and professional. The food may not have been even barely enjoyable… the staff? Only one word to describe them… Elite!

Customer service is NOT on the agenda at this store. I want to say sooooooo much more but go to another taco bell if you can.

The food was really tasty and well prepared. It was hot and fresh and didn't fall apart. The only complaint was the wait. I expect to wait for fresh food (even fast food), but I felt the wait in line was much longer than necessary. The staff was polite, however.
