  I usually enjoy Sonic, and the cheddar poppers weren’t too bad (ranch dip, not so much) but this particular Sonic not only does not know how to make a cherry limeade, but whatever that burger was made out of, I could not eat it. It was some sort of unreal mush. Totally inedible. I was already on my way down the interstate when I took the food out, or I would have actually made the effort to turn around. I had to toss it out and stop again. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had to do something like that.

  Usually, when I come to this Sonic, the service is awesome and super fast and efficient. However, today, was definitely the opposite of what I’m used to experiencing here. I came through the drive-thu around 4:30 PM today, and the lady who took my order was very nice, however, when I came to the window for payment, there was a younger gentleman at the window who didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word, didn’t even smile. Mind you the whole time I said, thank you, have a great day, and had a smile on my face. To not be spoken to at all just seems as if he hates his job. I also work in the fast food industry, and I am always greeting customers, because we are the face of the business. Small talk and a simple smile goes a long way.

  Well. The beverage i ordered was great. And the service was good but it did take longer than expected. I did appreciate that even though I was in the drive thru that my cold beverage was brought out to me while next in line. Little things matter.

  Stopped by after a doctor's appointment for quick lunch. Chose a stall instead of drive through, got to order fast and food didnt take long. It was hot and fresh and hit the spot. Exactly what you're looking for in a Sonic.
