  Came here before and the food tastes like the frozen stuff you buy at the store, shrugged it off and ordered nothing again. What made me give a review now was that I came with my mom and she was struggling to use the app, so I decided to get on my phone but I couldn’t use the website because there was a lock on the Wi-Fi. So I tried to ask a employee there what the Wi-Fi password was (which was hard to do over a intercom) and she finally got what I was asking and responded “yeah there’s a password, what about it?” and then I just asked for the password and she switched up saying “oh there shouldn’t be one.” and then abruptly ended the call and went to someone else (which I could hear because they were right next to me) when I tried to ask more questions. Mind you, ALL I TRIED TO GET WAS A PASSWORD 🤣 Every single question from then on was like pulling teeth. I tried to get her name, she didn’t share her name. I tried to get a manager, she didn’t get a manager because we have to call a number. We tried to get the number — and guess what — we didn’t get the number! We had to wait for someone to write the number down on a piece of paper, walk out and get to us. I have no clue who to report but it was some big lady with brown hair who was in the kitchen with no hair net.

  Best sonic we've been to. The gentlemen working the window last night was fantastic and really made our night. We were there later- I think around 11pm.

  Didn't get what I want and doesn't even taste good and there's no way to complain because they bugger off back inside the building which you have no ability to access before you even get a chance to look at what you got little and taste it.

  Service was fast in drive thru. I have a food allergy and asked for no tomato/ketchup but once I started eating, I noticed there was ketchup on my sandwich. Food was fresh though and server was friendly. This was Sonics near Libbie Ave.
