  This doesn’t even deserve the star it has.. I ordered a pizza on July 15th (delivery) it was delivered to me and I kid you not it looked like a sloppy cartoon pizza from the 80s.. I called to have it replaced.. the call went to customer service and they replaced my order.. only for someone at the store to call me and tell me they can’t send me a new pizza because they ran out of ingredients.. but said they would issue a refund to my card.. here it is over a month later and still no refund. I went to the store and they told me they no longer had my order since it had been more than 3 days and that they couldn’t issue a refund, BUT store credit.. like tf!!! I called every week about my refund and was answered by customer service every time! Never anyone from the actual store. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut in Buford in forest hill ave!!

  They completed my order and were incredibly polite about my extra additions to my pizzas I was asking for.

  I have unfortunately gotten an underbaked, squishy pizza one too many times. The last time I ordered, my pizza was inedible because I literally couldn't pick up a slice without everything sliding right off and the dough flapping in the breeze. I even tried to bake it more at home, but then I had soggy AND burnt pizza! I tried to leave feedback about this issue and no one ever tried to remedy it, so I am unfortunately leaving a bad review. Also, the store actually closes an hour earlier on the weekends than the posted hours online! I suspect my accidental "late" ordering is why I got raw pizza, even though I ordered two hours before closing according to both Google and the Pizza Hut website. So disappointed, especially since the guys working at night are so nice and I have gotten plenty of perfect pizzas in the past.

  Food was awful, customer service was great, but when I tried to give an explanation and just my food remade it seemed to be an issue. The pasta was dry, the pizza was cold and the other pizza just wasn't good.

  While I received an item made incorrectly the interaction when I called was perfect. when I called the young lady that answered the phone was very sweet. She confirmed all items in my order and asked which item was made incorrectly. She then transferred me to the manager to remedy it and he handled it perfectly. I will still continue to visit the pizza hut because they handled everything the way it should have been handled and the customer service was top tier.
