  Staff was very polite!! Ladies up front were nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Order was ready and waiting.

  While I received an item made incorrectly the interaction when I called was perfect. when I called the young lady that answered the phone was very sweet. She confirmed all items in my order and asked which item was made incorrectly. She then transferred me to the manager to remedy it and he handled it perfectly. I will still continue to visit the pizza hut because they handled everything the way it should have been handled and the customer service was top tier.

  Buford rd, missing food Uber blamed pizza hut,pizza hut says Uber steal people's food, just a mess,DRY,tasteless, I will never spend another DIME, with these people,pitiful.

  Placed order at 7pm on 5/19. Delivery driver didn’t ring doorbell and I found pizza on porch. I opened the pizza and it was the wrong pizza. So not only cold but the wrong pizza.They had the receipt with correct information but wrong pizza. I tried calling store and was sent to call center. Call center connected me to store. It was 7:50pm. Person answering the phone refused to give me a refund. Did not offer to remake and lied to me stating he didn’t see my order or my last 4 digits of my card number in the system I told him I have it in front of me. He was yeah okay see it. Still refused to give me my money back stating I need to be in the store. That’s a lie he could have just voided the transaction. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had issue with this Pizza Hut. I should have never given them a shot again. Last time I ordered back in Aug 2025, the food arrived cold. The staff who answered my call onsite was rude and lied many times during the call. He even screamed at me on the phone and stated “this is not even my store. I’m leaving now.” They closed at 8pm. Whoever owns the store…wow great employees you have there. I will NEVER order again from Pizza Hut. I am in contact with the Regional Director at this point.

  Hardly any icing on the buns. And the driver wasn’t sure what my order was and initially gave me the wrong one.
