  I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly, but what truly made my visit special was the outstanding customer service from Luigi. He was incredibly kind, respectful, patient, and hardworking the entire time. You can really tell he cares about his job and about making customers feel welcomed and comfortable. Even while being busy, he still stayed positive, professional, and attentive to everyone around him. Workers like Luigi are rare to find nowadays, and he honestly deserves recognition for all his hard work and kindness. Thank you, Luigi, for making my day better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Overall great experience and quick food service for an impulsive decision due to other surrounding restaurants being packed to high capacity. Will come back again when feeling a pizza craving because no one out huts the hut.

  Luigi was so kind!! He got my order done in time despite it being rush hour and despite customers walking in every second. He was so sweet and attentive to each order!!

  ZERO STARS across the board. Tonight was the second time we’ve tried to order delivery from this location. The first time our order was over an hour late. Called repeatedly w no answer. We had used a credit card to pay online. We drove to the store and found it was unstaffed, doors locked and had closed 2 hours early. There was no signage posted they’d be closed early that day. We lost the cost of that order. On to tonight when we decided to give them another go… order was placed online for delivery. We received an order notice from DoorDash that PizzaHut would be handling the delivery. Delivery was estimated by 6:45, then updated to 6:59. At 7:20 we called the store, a man answered and the call was lost/hung up? We called back, spoke to a woman who offered no resolution and gave the phone to the manager. The manager proceeded to apologize and informed us our order was sitting at the store waiting for pick up by a driver. She told us it would not be delivered by the company but by a subcontracted delivery service such as DoorDash. We shared that we’d received a notice upon ordered from DD that the would not be delivering and that Pizza Hut was delivering directly. The manager again offered only the explanation that their driver was gone for the evening and our food would sit until one of the delivery companies picked up the order. We asked why no one had bothered to call when our order was sitting for over 30 minutes and that we were not interested in food that’d been sitting almost an hour, the manger simply said she do what you say other than they rely on DD to deliver and no one had come to pick up the food yet. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE again! They took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the ordeal. Conclusion: 2 strikes you’re out!
