  Ordered a large Parmesan pan pizza for delivery and received the wrong pizza called talked to a team member and was offered a remake or a refund I chose a refund but he or she didn’t really know how to do the refund so he or she told me the supervisor will process everything asked if there was a supervisor on duty was told yes transferred to the supervisor via phone no answer team member comes back on and says call back later

  Great food and great service! My pizza was hot, fresh, and made perfectly. The staff was friendly, and my order was ready on time. I’ll definitely be back!

  This location is the absolute worst the customer service is trash I order 2 large pizzas on the Pizza Hut app for $27.19 the order came extremely late at 12:30 am and when it arrived I only had 1 pizza of course when I called they didn’t answer the phone I called the very next day and tried to speak to a manager but was told by a cashier she refused to come to the phone I asked for her name he said Kaylin he advised me that the manager wasn’t going to help me because I should’ve brought the order back to the store with a receipt I explained I attempted to call as it was after 12:30 am the store closes at 1 am how am I supposed to get anything solved if your workers don’t answer the phone needless to say I had to reach out to support which they didn’t do much the lack professionalism from this location was insane never again DONT EAT HERE ‼️‼️

  They still have a lunch buffet. I ordered to take out today but I wanted to note their buffet because it's awesome... I am a regular here and they always have fresh timely food.

  Very rude and un professional customer service, I been waiting for my food for almost an hour and a half and their system saying it should be deliver prior to 40 mins ago then still nothing came. I called the restaurant and the lady told me that the time posted on their system is not the actual time, don’t even apologize but very rude. Will never order on this location ever again.
