  We've been eating here for 20+ years - the food is always great and the service has been solid (last few years). Not an 'atmosphere' kind of place but absolutely worth it. Nice online ordering experience, too.

  I believe this restaurant is family owned and the food is amazing. I can't remember what I ate but I managed to snap some photos of what I ate. The staff is friendly, The restaurant and bathrooms are spotless! I highly recommend checking this place out when in Richmond.

  This is ONE OF THE WORST restaurants we have ever been to. Not just for pho, IN GENERAL. The pho was empty, the portions of the meat and noodles were so tiny for a large and the meat was extremely low quality. It was so obvious the broth is just flavored with the instant pho powders. On top of the horrendous quality of food, the service is despicable. Incompetent and rude. They literally have a 10 year old kid working at the register and mind you child labor is illegal.

  The food was yummy and very authentic. I look forward to trying more items. We had the pho bowl with veggies and beef and the chicken bowl. Its a great option on a yucky day.
