I order a garden fresh pizza and asked for chicken they added pepperoni to the pizza and it was cold. Sloppy no extra sauce. I think I am done ordering and wasting my money. Very poor service. Papa Johns is not cheap with delivery fees.

I found the pizzas this morning torn into by an animal. I wish I’d had this pizza so I could tell you how it tasted. Unfortunately I ordered pizza around 8:50 when I was leaving the hospital after spending the day with a sick family member. I thought I’d treat myself and my kids to pizza. Over an hour later, and after my kids ate pb&j sandwiches and went to bed, I had to cancel the order because they still hadn’t completed making my pizzas. I have no idea how it tasted because I couldn’t wait over an hour to receive my food.

What’s disappointing is that my first order was incorrect and the cheese pizza was burnt. I specifically asked for square cut. I called and spoke to Mekhi, and the order was remade and delivered. When I opened the box, the pizza was not square cut and the cheese pizza was burnt again. How do you mess up an order twice? Unacceptable. Now I’m out $36 because they are not able to give a refund.
