  Ordered from DoorDash right. Very simple order. Bacon cheese sticks with an extra garlic cup. Would be simple enough right? It’s 3 items in total, the cheese sticks, the pizza cup it comes with and the garlic sauce cup. What do I get? Only the cheese sticks. No pizza cup, no garlic cup. Like what? How? A child could figure that one out. How do you mess that up!!?? I’ve worked at a Papa John’s before and it’s so easy to get the order right. All the reviews of this place are 100% accurate. How this place is still open is beyond comprehension. If you can’t handle the simplest of orders, how can you tackle a large order?? 0/10 would recommend and the manger should be fired immediately and replaced. That’s just terrible expo. Terrible quality control. Terrible customer care. Your store is bad and you should feel bad.

  The worst pizza place I've ever experienced. Have completely screwed up multiple orders over the years. I keep giving them chances. They keep delivering incomplete orders or delivering over 2 hours late. I am currently waiting for pizza that was listed as being delivered by 6:20 pm to a brewery where we were going to eat. It's 7:20pm and the brewery is now closed. When I called to check on the pizza, the Pappa Johns guy on the phone said, "well just wait outside the closed business." These people have no souls.

  They are very disrespectful and rude and nasty and unprofessional I’m glad I looked at my son food before he ate it cuz his cheese sticks had hair baked in it they need to wear hair nets on they head its so disgusting

  Thank you Papa John’s for saving my night!! I was leading a regional meeting at 630 and providing dinner when the preordered, confirmed food delivery through DoorDash from another pizza restaurant cancelled through a text at the delivery time of 6pm after saying the driver was on their way. I decided to call to place a delivery order to the local Papa John’s by 615 and boom - driver arrived with the pizza within the first quarter of the meeting for people to be fed. It was hot and delicious, and all the pizza boxes were empty by 8pm when the meeting was over. Thank you, thank you to this Papa John’s team for helping me out in a pinch on 6/3 and coming through fast and efficient with the pizzas. I really appreciate the service and will be sharing this story with people I know, sometimes chain stores just get it done the best!!

  We called ahead to make sure they have plates and napkins because this was an event for a teeball team at a park and got an enthusiastic yes. When we arrived the woman deadpan told me no the don't have them and when I asked if she could look she said "no" before telling me to go to a 7/11 to buy some. This location needs to be shut down or the company needs to come in and fire management.
