  We called ahead to make sure they have plates and napkins because this was an event for a teeball team at a park and got an enthusiastic yes. When we arrived the woman deadpan told me no the don't have them and when I asked if she could look she said "no" before telling me to go to a 7/11 to buy some. This location needs to be shut down or the company needs to come in and fire management.

  Do not order over the phone. The new answering service does not speak english as a first language and the language barrier and does not appear to be able to understand simple instructions

  Was transferred from the other papa John's to order from here, and I asked the lady could I place an order over the phone , shes says she didnt have time and I had to use the app, ALL these apps and and technology have made society lazy, its sad‼️ not even hold on give me second, ill take your order , let me see if I can get someone else to help you... nothing Ill Always love papa John's pizza though 🥳

  Went in to pick up my online order on Saturday night . They gave me the wrong order and when I called they said they’d had a remake done in 10 minutes. We drove out a second time and the pizza was not done, was told 10 more minutes. The manager looked confused. Lo and behold the pizza was never even made 10 minutes later. I asked for a refund. They need to work on organization, customer service and personal hygiene. I wouldn’t order here again personally.
