  I have been avoiding this location for at least two years because of the ridiculousness, such as closing before completing orders. In hopes that the location closest to my house was under new management, I gave them another try. I spent over $60 and couldn't get anyone to look my way as I stood at the front. The boy with locs was standing at the front when I walked in because he was stacking small boxes. He turned around and walked back to his folding station. Maybe Papa John's is an equal opportunity employer and he can't read, so he's not allowed to give out orders. He could have smiled, waved or said, "Someone will be with you soon." Nope. The guy facing me who looked middle eastern just kept working without a word. Finally he comes over and says, "What's the name?" I say my name and he doesn't catch it because it's another language, which is why I had my order number ready on my phone. He asked why I was showing him that... Since he is not good with numbers I showed him my ID. Then he brushes me off and says, "I got it". As he hands me the pizza he says, "I thought you were Doordash." 🤨 You didn't greet me because you thought I was Doordash? When someone comes into your business, you greet them and ASK how you can help. If you're busy you say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon." UNACCEPTABLE!

  I'm a fan of your product. Even worked there when I was younger. Unfortunately, 6100 w broad st, richmond, va store is Terrible! Please audit this store! I will no longer eat anything from this location! Reheated pizza and delivery drivers taking 5 deliveries at a time so its guaranteed to be cold!

  Ordered the Papa John’s baseball promo and got a proud little pepperoni football instead. Tasted amazing, but I definitely yelled “touchdown” before taking a bite. Would order again—just not for the World Series.

  Bad service. Placed an online order and said it was being prepared..went in the store and told them the name of order and he said it would be ready in a couple minutes. Went in 10 minutes later and dude said he didn’t see the order in the first place and would start on it then..MIND YOU THEY WERE DEAD. The dude just didn’t look at the screen.
