Look man, I know it’s not easy keeping workers in the modern day and yes I’m gonna be the one to say it with full confidence! It’s a mix between poorly ran businesses AND lazy people! I wanted to give Jason a shout out for his hard work tonight. Honestly, it sucks when people flake out, regardless of whatever problems arise, and you’re left to do all of the work. Jason needs a raise immediately! My girlfriend and I wanted to communicate that! I know it’s not easy as a manager, but Jason deserved more team assistance! Several orders at once ain’t easy and I wish you the best man alongside Papa John’s because you all never fail us as far as respectful service and quality. With that said, Rock On! And again, I hope Jason receives a raise because he deserves it! Period, plain and simple man. It’d be very well earned.

I would give this less stars if possible. The manager Darren was the rudest person I have ever delt with. Papa John's is already mediocre pizza, so if you want that with horrible service then this is the place. I filled out the form to corporate, but they have yet to get back to me.

I have been avoiding this location for at least two years because of the ridiculousness, such as closing before completing orders. In hopes that the location closest to my house was under new management, I gave them another try. I spent over $60 and couldn't get anyone to look my way as I stood at the front. The boy with locs was standing at the front when I walked in because he was stacking small boxes. He turned around and walked back to his folding station. Maybe Papa John's is an equal opportunity employer and he can't read, so he's not allowed to give out orders. He could have smiled, waved or said, "Someone will be with you soon." Nope. The guy facing me who looked middle eastern just kept working without a word. Finally he comes over and says, "What's the name?" I say my name and he doesn't catch it because it's another language, which is why I had my order number ready on my phone. He asked why I was showing him that... Since he is not good with numbers I showed him my ID. Then he brushes me off and says, "I got it". As he hands me the pizza he says, "I thought you were Doordash." 🤨 You didn't greet me because you thought I was Doordash? When someone comes into your business, you greet them and ASK how you can help. If you're busy you say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon." UNACCEPTABLE!

The pizza was delicious and hot and the person who prepared it was passionate about his job
