  Wish Papa John's Pizza experience ever. Pizza was cold, chewy, and rubber-like. And it looked like it was cut but wasn't, I had to tear it apart with my hands. I called to talk about it and the manager wouldn't talk to me. The manager had the order taker talk to me and then as I was taking to her and slammed the phone as she hung up on me. You could hear the phone vibrate from it being slammed down. I was not rude or aggressive on any way. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and I didn't deserve to get treated like that at all.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The “manager” on duty Amanda or Ashley (I don’t even think that’s her real name) was extremely unprofessional, rude, and made it very clear she did not care about me, my business, or my issue from the time I ordered over the phone to when I came in to pick up. Instead of helping me directly, she kept sending a new hire to deliver a message to me instead of coming over directly. When I asked for her, she said she had other more important things to do. After my interaction with her, I didn’t even get my food out of fear they may do something to it. Terrible experience. There’s no way the owner knows how their business is being run.
