  Great energy in the store. My large thin crust, extra cheese pizza tasted great. Of course my kids loved it!!! Just 5 minutes from the Richmond airport. Just in time to eat before a scattered, thunderstorm came through.

  Have been ordering pizzas from this location for over a year now, and my orders are consistently correct and delicious. Have not had any issues or problems. Thanks for the great service!

  I've ordered from here maybe about 6 or 7 times, the latest the pizzas had barely any sauce. I don't know what changed but the crust was also unusually thin, Papa John's is usually a good place to order from but not up to standard anymore.

  ordered online, my extra cheese light sauce came as a standard pepperoni and the cheese sticks were cut like a pizza. called the manager, she said "oh, so THATS what happened. okay bye!" without offering me any resolution. im furious. id call corporate if my girlfriend would let me. instead ill just tell everyone i know to stay away from this papa john's. absolutely wild. EDIT: manager called back. said she refunded the pizza. cool. then tried to say she did tell me she would (she didnt) and, even if she didn't, she was "75 pizzas in" and "you said you just wanted to let me know" which like. yeah? but even a partial refund is standard. started deflecting hard and blaming both me and the rush because she couldn't say "ill take care of it in a minute" and then apologize in the call after. not coming back. dont waste your money here.
