  Loved my waitress even though she was new did fantastic job food came out fresh . Employee even joke with me a little even on mother's Day very busy I love it they made me feel at home . KEEP UP FANTASTIC JOB 😊

  Our waiter Darius was amazing, he was super nice, attentive and friendly as well as knowledgeable of the menu. I'm a lacotse intolerant vegetarian, so not the ideal place for someone like me, but my boyfriend and I wanted to eat the blooming onion and he wanted a steak (I couldn't eat the blooming onion, fries or mushrooms because they use beef tallow to cook everything). Darius very kindly informed me of my food options, so I ordered a salad and sweet potato. Unfortunately I have to say that the place looked very dirty. The menus were filthy and had rests of food in between the pages, quite literally falling off when I turned each page. The entire restaurant was very poorly lit and the ladies toilet reeked so so badly of urine, as did the outside of the restaurant. It was truly revolting. The food was ok, to be honest it wasn't anything special but it was decent, my boyfriend was happy with his steak and I liked my salad and sweet potato, and the service was very fast and friendly. I want to emphasize Darius was a star, made us feel welcomed, well looked after and we were super happy with the service received, but the restaurant needs some serious renovations, or at least brighter lights and to be thoroughly cleaned. Dirty menus and sticky tables are not acceptable. It also gives an awful first impression to walk into a restaurant when you can smell the stench of urine as you approach the establishment, it seriously smelled that badly. Sadly, when owners allow their standards to be so low when it comes to cleanliness, their restaurant to be so dirty and unkept, it makes me wonder what else they allow to go on in the kitchen, if they're equally as careless. Unfortunately I won't come back again, but it's only due to how nasty and uninviting the place looked. It just doesn't feel like a place where I'd like to bring the kids and enjoy a nice family meal, or even a place where I'd like to come back again with my partner or friends. Again, I want to praise our server Darius for being an absolute delight and an amazing waiter, but it's very off putting to eat in a place that reeks of urine and is that filthy. And the food wasn't even good enough to justify putting up with the smell and filthiness. Shout-out to the manager because I ordered asparagus and she very kindly came over to inform me they're steamed in butter but she very nicely offered to rinse the butter off. The fact she took my food allergies and intolerances serious enough as to come over and informe me that they had butter showed me that she cares. Honestly, the wait stuff was amazing and they deserve better than to work in a pee smelling environment. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this comment and does something about it, these people are the ones working hard to make you money and they deserve better working conditions. I don't want to support with my money a business that cares so little about employees and customers.

  It was OK...just ok. The bread came out cold, the sweet tea was weak and terrible, the filet was cooked well but the shrimp on top of it definitely was not (seemed boiled or steamed and not grilled), Mom's salmon wasn't great. The server seemed relatively new and was doing the best she could. Just ok

  Steak was perfect.. Salad fresh perfect..baked potato yummy with toppings and cheesecake superb.. Kudos to the cook. !!!!

  Shyly was a fantastic server. Very sweet, friendly and professional. We had center cut sirloin. It was seasoned well, tender and very tasty. Highly recommend.
