On April 1st, 1995 MOSAIC Café & Catering opened its doors in Carytown with only 10 seats and a handful of staff. Since then we have grown into, not only a Richmond dining institution nestled in the heart of the River Road Shopping Center, but also a full-scale catering and event company. MOSAIC Catering + Events employs over 200 associates from Richmond, Virginia to Charleston, South Carolina. Nourishing the mind, body, and soul has always been the mission for the owners, Steven Niketas, Mike Holland and Laurette Garlitz, and that fervor flows throughout all of their endeavors.
