  Im only giving it a one star review since you can’t get any lower…. This Macdonald’s is my home base fast food , so I usually stop once or twice a day. I usually just go thru the drive thru and seems like every time i stop there’s always a problem with the order or they don’t have something. And the employees at the window are just rude and very unprofessional. It’s like they are doing me a favor. I asked for fries with no salt. They decided to pull me, so I figured they dropping fresh fries NOPE!!!! 7 mints later they come with my food. And guess what! I get some soggy SALTY fries. And when I speak to certain managers who work the morning shift it’s like they could care less about what’s going on inside the restaurant. They never answer the phone. I mean it’s getting to the point where I rather drive 10 mints away to a different location then to waste my time and money at tv is one. They have a rude Spanish girl at the 2 window that can’t see beyond her huge eyelashes who is terrible at her job. She has no customer service skills and I feel like she can barely speak English. You guys are a billion dollar franchise. I mean your trade mark is I’m loving it and at this location #5055 there’s nothing to love about it. I wish corporate would hire decent professionals employees as well as managers! Not all of them are bad but the few bad apples in the buch make The whole basket sour!

  Worst McDonald’s ever, If you can look for another location, do it, you will thank me. It takes 30 minutes on a single order of fries! Besides, they have bad attention and make you feel like you're coming to ask for free food

  This McDonald’s does not give good service many times I’ve went there the workers are mad and sometimes they get my order wrong and I don’t really like that I got 3 mc chickens today and it had a whole different chicken with American cheese and I didn’t ask for it to have a different chicken and cheese. And my other 2 mc chickens were good just that it did not have any mayo and it was really bland and I really didn’t like it Do not go to this McDonald it has bad service and always gets your orders wrong 🫩.
