  Horrible service. My order took 49 minutes, even though there were several employees who kept mixing up orders. They had to replace my ice cream twice because it was melting horribly, and in the end, it wasn't even complete.The order arrived, it was terrible, we had a bad time and we weren't the only ones, there were other people complaining about their orders

  Tried to order at register. Stood waiting for a few minutes before an employee informed me I would have to order at kiosk. I needed assistance with my order due to having questions and was paying with cash. I will not spend my money at an establishment that wants to do their work and cant assist me with questions I have.

  Arrived at 6:30am for breakfast. I checked to make sure they were open, since not all mcdonald’s open early. Website said they opened at 6:00am (key detail). Upon arriving to the drive thru, i go to the speaker and no one is there to take my order. This is for about ten minutes and I finally decide to drive around and ask are they taking orders. They young lady responds with “we not open right now.” It’s well past 6:00am by this point. I wasn’t aware the opening times we’re negotiated based on when employees decide they’re ready to work. Horrible customer service as someone who also works in the customer service industry. Went to another location (7118 W Broad St) and the older woman there went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Took my order promptly.

  My order took a little while and they were out of lemonade and diet Coke. However, they get four stars cuz their service was excellent. They were able to accommodate me. They forgot the prizes in my Happy meal. However, when I went in they gave me extra prizes because they had forgot. Now that is wonderful.

  The girl was rude, she couldn't get the order right even though i said it 4 times. (3 Small Blue Raspberries & 1Large Coke slush) she caught an attitude and she still messed it up. Ive had to remind their employees that being rude ain't necessary on more than one occasion. They made the slushes I ordered immediately, but I had to wait in line to get to the window so long my drinks were melted. I asked for them to remake them. They said. Ohh that's just how it comes, that's how out machine makes them. It didnt have anything to do with sitting on the counter for 10 mins. Also how did I still end up with a Small Coke Slushie???
