  Literally forgot the tea in my husband’s order and gave him a cup of hot water today. Update to respond to owner response: Yes, we did that. We got an automated apology and were told to contact the restaurant directly so now what?

  Drive thru. Ordered $6 McDouble special & told me I owed $19. I had to tell the girl 3 times. She kept saying NO you owe $19. She didn’t seem to understand that she was giving me someone else’s order. She then went to the front counter 4 separate times for help. Took about 15 minutes. The order was cold. Ordered a large soda and was given a medium soda. I just let it go. The best part, however, she gave me back an extra $1. She only charged me the $6. Her register will come up short. Guessing she did not understand how to collect the $$6 on the bill nor count change. My paying cash seemed to be a problem. I had to ask for the bill/ticket. I’m not trying to get her in trouble, just advising that she and the shop needs training. McDonald’s at Staples Mill & Bremner, Richmond. VA. No matter which shop, my order has something wrong, wrong order w/ chicken rather than burger, wrong soda, wrong drink size, catchup and nugget condiment requests omitted, no napkins, no bill, etc. This is not just one time but every order. While this was the worst, again there is always something wrong at each and every one of the McDonald shops. My fault for continuing to shop at McDonald’s, but I’m giving up. While I understand this is not fine dining, one should still be able to expect accurate service. PS. Try doing a drive thru and see what you get. Good luck.

  Terrible service, smells like urine all day, no one can speak or understand anything, the old owners kept tgis place in line and order, pathetic shut it down start over, health code violations also

  This is the most disgusting mcdonalds ive ever been to. My quarter pounder was covered in old burnt grease. They must never clean the grill. It smelled like rancid oil. Inedible. Revolting. Even the fries were soggy. 1 star. Never coming back. This place needs new management, the fact that they are letting their staff get away with this is terrible. I hope they get a visit from the health inspector this place should be shut down

  I'm leaving one star because I can't leave none but feel it's my responsibility to tell everyone about this place. The staff is beyond rude, even in the face of their own consistent mistakes. I know that I'm the fool for trying this place as many times as I have, but I would sincerely suggest against going to this location. Drive another mile down the road and go to one that has some dignity. I am a manager for a different company in the same industry and I would be absolutely humiliated and abhorred at the dysfunction at this location. If you're on the interstate and you see the Golden Arches for this location, keep going.
