    Ordered an egg McMuffin and received something that looked like a small circular brick. I tried to bite into it and thought I’d lose a tooth. The bread was stale and over toasted. The egg was undercooked Had ordered a half-and-half, lemonade and sweet tea and the drink came with no ice. Worst representation of the McDonald’s brand that I’ve encountered in the last 10 years. In case you didn’t know, it’s not getting through the line fast that matters - it’s having good food and this was nowhere near good

    Placed an app order and showed up to be told by two employees smoking outside that they were closed. Definitely not swinging by here again if they're gonna close whenever. Don't take orders if you're gonna close for no reason at all

    Doesn't matter what time you go there or who serves you. Everyone that works there has a really bad attitude. They ingore their customers and talk to you like they want to fight you even just by handing you your food. I've seen them throw food across the counter at people who have been standing quietly waiting for their food. I've watched them yell at folks for simply pushing on a door that requires a pull. Literally every interaction they have is so hostile for no reason. Also worth mentioning... one time I went and there was a fender bender at the nearby intersection. Even though the dining area was really busy and the drive through line was full; 3 of their employees went out to the sidewalk just to watch the drama.

    Legitimately the slowest McDonald's you will ever find. Does not matter how simple your order is or how well in advance in you place your order, you will be sent to the labeled parking spots and wait upwards of 20 minutes for your food (no matter the time of day). I'm writing this review sitting in my car as minute 20 passes after being told to wait for an pre-place online order of 3 double cheeseburgers. Update: went inside to let them know how long I was waiting. Cashier had nothing to say to me. Waiting for 10 more minutes and left, will be requesting a refund on the app and if that doesn't work I'll be contesting the charge. Avoid this location at all costs.

    This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here two times, and both times were equally frustrating. Today, I decided to place an online pickup order in store for a 4 pc chicken strip meal with a large Diet dr. pepper...doesn't seem to complicated, right? Well, after placing my order, I entered the building about 15 minutes after surely thinking it would be ready or at least soon would be. I stood there for at least 25 minutes, watched people come in after me order food and then receive food and eat, multiple door dashers came in got food...So I showed the lady that was taking orders my order and asked her if it was ready, she said what I was showing her didn't show the detail of the meal...This was my first time ever using the app so I had no clue how to get what she wanted, when I asked for help I was ignored. Even after the fact, I still don't see why she needed to see that, it had been 40 min by that time, my food should have been in that cubby where they put the pickups and it wasn't and now I have to go back to work so I asked for a refund. When I asked the woman for a refund, she tells me only a manager can do that...so I ask for one, and I was denied and yet again ignored. I stood there for another 2 minutes and walked out with NO FOOD OR A REFUND. This is not legal. If you cannot fulfill an order, then give your customer a refund. I will be coming back after work and making sure I get my refund. Even hours after the fact, on the app, it says my order is still not ready. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS DUMP.
