  Restaurant was very busy while were there so it might be the reason service was less than expected. Food was top shelf, very on point fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. Then it was served and we had no utensils, sitting there with the food getting cold no server to check if all was good. Had to flag down someone after a long wait. Then watched the same thing happen at the table next to us. Had to ask someone to send the server to get the check never asked how the experience went.

  It was my first time at Lulu's in Richmond and I enjoyed my food. The place was busy busy but I sat at the bar and I was served quickly. The customer service was good. The lobster, crab and bacon omelet was delicious. First time having a omelet with this twist. I definitely tried something new. On the side, I had red velvet waffles. I definitely will be back. Thanks Lulu's.

  Quick to get food and drinks ordered, but took over an hour for food to come out. Expected a longer wait during peak hours but our food was mildly warm and you could tell it sat for a bit. Hash was salty, but I liked it. Potatoes were a bit heavy on the seasoning. Omelette cooked extremely well done but not bad by any means. Might give them a go again and try the French toast or chicken and waffles 😊 the music was extremely loud and an early 2000s club mix, just had to yell across the table 😅 fun throwback songs to hear though hahaha

  This is my first time dining here and absolutely everything is amazing. The food and drinks are top tier, the atmosphere is laid-back and casual, the customer service is friendly and efficient. The excellent sense of community among the staff and fellow customers is the brightest highlight of all; you can instantly tell everyone wants to be here and loves coming here. It's already has become my favorite restaurant based off my first experience alone. Highly recommend it to any looking for great restaurant, with easy-going and vibrant atmosphere.

  Hands down the best French toast in Richmond. Huge portion size with fresh berries, compote, and real maple syrup. Quick and kind staff and extremely efficient for carry out (very secure aluminum containers that hold heat well) Location used to be so cute and quaint but due to parking issues seems to have slowed down and become a bit desolate. The inside of the restaurant is still just as lovely though! A great spot for lunch or brunch when parking isn’t too hectic.
