  Pammy our server was excellent. The food was delicious. Their decor is amazing and the halloween decorations enhanced the festive mood. We celebrated our daughter's birthday with a wonderful dining experience. Our second time back here but it definitely won't be our last.

  This place is phenomenal. I’ve ordered delivery from here 5 times so far because it’s SO good, but this was our first time dining in. The ambiance is lovely and Pammy was so kind and attentive. This place is our new local fave and we’re going to be regulars!

  Excellent service; Pammy was polite, helpful, and attentive. Ambiance is inviting, cozy, yet distinctive. Happy Hour is a great deal on apps and drinks. I always order Tom Kha soup in Thai places, I rate the one here one of the best I've ever had. The Pineapple fried rice was tasty and served in a half pineapple (pictured). Don't forget to order the delicious Mango cheesecake.

  First time trying Kin-D and we would definitely come back! Pammy was our server and she was so sweet, kind, and had great recommendations. From the beginning she was very welcoming, giving us time to look over all the amazing options without feeling rushed. We ended up ordering the Crispy Medley appetizer along with the steamed dumplings. Everything was so tasteful but our fav was definitely the crispy medley with all the different appetizers to try, and the 3 sauces that come with are so yummy!! for our entrees we got the Egg blanket Pad Thai and the Crispy duck Kao Soi. Both entrees were so tasteful, and presented so nicely. The atmosphere was cherry on top, with so much decor!!

  I came with high expectations, given the solid excellent reviews, but came away feeling underwhelmed. I have enjoyed many excellent meals throughout Thailand so I know what real Thai food tastes like. Sadly Kin-D was lacking in both the multilayered flavor profiles and fresh ingredients that I had hoped for. Curries have the heat but not the depth. Taste was ok, nothing more. Papaya salad is one of my go-to favorites at a Thai restaurant so I was surprised to find it pretty bland and rather sour. Would not order it again here. Pineapple Fried rice had no spicy heat at all. The pineapple was canned and of limited quantity (I found 2 or 3 pieces in total and these had absorbed a lot of the oil during the frying process) I did not detect much flavor in this entree. It wasn’t bad tasting, just not that great as it was missing the variety of seasoning and spices that Thai food usually has. To the good, the amount of meat in this dish was of generous proportion. I did try the well reviewed shrimp donuts. Fried large shrimp in a batter reminiscent of a donut? They were flavorful, especially the dipping sauce which was delicious. The restaurant itself is cute, nice basement-level place that did give off a very Thailand feel. Don’t know if I would be able to bring anyone elderly or disabled here though. At least not through the front entrance as there is a staircase to negotiate to reach the dining area. Not a problem for me and my party, but be aware if you have mobility issues. Location is great, close to a few of the public pay lots. Convenient too if you are exploring the canal walk area. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive with no wait between courses. I will try to give this place one more try at some point, ordering different menu items to see if I just hit this on an off day, because it really felt like it should be so much better than my experience
