  I wish I could rate Jimmy Johns at 9018 Staples Mill Road. I arrived at 8:35pm to get a small sub. The sign on the door clearly states they close at 9pm. Very disappointed to see the staff closed early with no explanation.

  Excellent food as always! But I’d like to note your delivery driver Ron was peeping in all of our windows and front door! He seems nice but he should not be invading in peoples privacy not okay! Especially if deliver instructions say to leave at the front door. If this happens again we will have to call authorities!

  $19 chicken ranch sub was flat, pathetic, low content. Jimmy johns is going the route of most failing corp chains. Limit the quality and portion and keep jacking the rates... slow painful death. compare that to a $13 sub at Potbelly is night and day. 46% higher cost for half the guts.

  Always be great experience. Delivery is fast and whatever we order is correct whether it's adding or deleting something from a sandwich it's always done right. So many sandwiches to choose from & a good selection of sides.Staff is always friendly, and helpful. You won't be disappointed.
